- Base Tax rate increased to 0.030 from 0.025
- Max allegience increased to 1.5 from 1
- Trade Network bonus increased to 0.25 from 0.075

Advent:
- Capital BattlePsionic price increased to 5250/650/1100, hull increased to 3100, shields increased to 3625, hull and shield restore rates increased. LaserPsi damage increased to 90 from 60, Beam damage increased to 88 from 58, plasma damage increased to 0/20/74/74 from 0/13/49/49 speed increased to 3000 from 2000. Max speed reduced to 450 from 525. Strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 100/100 fighter/bomber.
- Capital Battleship price increased to 5000/700/900, hull increased to 3300, shields increased to 2820, hull and shield restore rates increased. Beam damage increased to 210 from 105, Travel speed increased to 3000 from 2000. LaserPsi damage increased to 159 per bank, from 79 per bank. Max speed decreased to 475 from 525, strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 80/100 fighter/bomber.
- Capital Carrier price increased to 4950/950/1200, hull increased to 3645, shields increased to 2800, hull and shield restore rates increased. Max speed reduced to 425/525. Strikecraft are now "Elite" strikecraft, antimatter costs increased to 30/50 fighter/bomber, also starts with 4 squadrons instead of 2.
- Capital Colony price increased to 4500/650/800, hull increased to 5150, shields increased to 2025, hull and shield restore rates increased. Max speed decreased to 440 from 450. Strike craft antimatter cost increased to 55/100 fighter/bomber.
- Capital PlanetPsionic price increased to 4750/750/750, hull increased to 3125, shields increased to 2225, hull and shield restore rates increased. Plasma damage increased to 228/33 from 153/22 travel speed reduced to 3000 from 4000, LaserPsi damage increased to 68/68 from 45/45. Max speed decreased to 450, strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 50/100.
- Bomber strikecraft Damage increased to 58 from 34, Range decreased to 2000 from 2400. Max hull decreased to 55 from 75.
- Fighter strikecraft Max speed increased to 3000 from 2700. Damage decreased to 2.5 from 16. Range decreased to 1900 from 2400. Cooldown reduced to 1 from 12. Stagger delay increased to 0.15 from 0.00.
- Carrier Frigate maximum squadrons reduced to 2 from 3.
- Refinery Ship HP increased to 2000 from 500, Max speed increased to 425 from 300. Max Cargo Capacity increased to 400 from 50.
- Trade Ship HP increased to 2000 from 500, Max speed increased to 400 from 300. Max Cargo Capacity increased to 500 from 50.
- Hangar Defense strikecraft antimatter costs reduced to 45/65 from 75/125 fighter/bomber.
- Phase Jump Inhibitor now uses 5 tactical slots, Costs increased to 750/80/125 from 525/70/110, Max Hull reduced to 1000 from 3000.
- Orbital Refinery maximum refinery ships decreased to 1 from 10, respawn time reduced to 5 from 25.
- Trade Port maximum number of trade ships decreased to 1 from 5, respawn time reduced to 5 from 25.

TEC:
- Capital Battleship price increased to 5500/1000/750, hull increased to 4400, shields increased to 1800, hull and shield restore rates increased. Beam damage increased to 252 from 126. Autocannon damage increased to 54/99/99/54 from 27/49/49/27. LaserTech damage increased to 90 from 45 range increased to 7000 from 5000 and travel speed increased to 3500 from 2000. Max speed reduced to 375 from 525. Strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 95/120 fighter/bomber.
- Capital Carrier price increased to 5250/1450/1000, hull increased to 4990, shieds increased to 1890, hull and shield restore rates increased. Max speed reduced to 400 from 525. Strikecraft are now "Elite" strikecraft, antimatter costs increased to 25/50 fighter/bomber, also starts with 4 squadrons instead of 2.
- Capital Colony price increased to 4450/900/650, hull increased to 5950, shields increased to 1575, hull and shield restore rates increased. Lasertech damage increased to 54 in the left bank from 0. Strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 100/120 fighter/bomber.
- Capital Siege price increased to 5750/1200/600, hull increased to 4320, shields increased to 1725, hull and shield restore rates increased. Missile damage increased to 342 from 228. LaserTech damage increased to 90/0/36/0 from 60/0/24/0 (Front, Back, Left, Right). Autocannon damage increased to 60/0/0/30 from 40/0/0/20 (Front, Back, Left, Right). Max speed reduced to 350 from 525. Strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 100/120 fighter/bomber.
- Capital Support price increased to 4250/700/950, hull increased to 3800, shields increased to 3125, hull and shield restore rates increased. Autocannon damage increased to 45 from 30. Lasertech damage increased to 0/18/155/155 from 0/12/97/97 (Front, Back, Left, Right). Missile damage increased to 72 from 48. Max Speed lowered to 475 from 525.
- Bomber strikecraft Max speed increased to 2700 from 2000. Damage increased to 78 from 44, Range increased to 2500 from 2400, Cooldown increased to 14.5 from 13.5, Travel speed increased to 2200 from 1000. Max hull decreased to 65 from 100, Armor increased to 4 from 2.
- Fighter strikecraft Max speed increased to 2800 from 2700. Damage decreased to 2.5 from 19.5, Cooldown reduced to 1 from 12. Max hull reduced to 50 from 60. Armor increased to 2 from 1.
- Missile Battery ability damage increased to 286 from 143.
- Heavy Cruiser Autocannon damage increased to 80 from 72.
- Refinery Ship HP increased to 2000 from 500, Max speed increased to 425 from 300. Max Cargo Capacity increased to 400 from 50.
- Trade Ship HP increased to 2000 from 500, Max speed increased to 400 from 300. Max Cargo Capacity increased to 500 from 50.

Strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 100/120 fighter/bomber squadron.
- Capital Carrier price increased to 5250/1350/1100, hull increased to 4245, shields increased to 2245, hull and shield restore rates increased. Max speed reduced to 500 from 525. Strikecraft are now "Elite" strikecraft and cost 20/40 antimatter fighter/bomber, also starts with 4 squadrons instead of 2.
- Capital Colony price increased to 4750/1100/700, hull increased to 5600, shields increased to 1725, hull and shield restore rates increased. Max speed increased to 540 from 450. Strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 65/150 fighter/bomber squadron.
- Capital Scout price increased to 4000/650/700, hull increased to 3350, shields increased to 3225, hull and shield restore rates increased. Flashbeam damage increased to 117 from 78, Phasemissile damage increased to 105 from 70. Wave damage increased to 45 either side from 30. Maxspeed increased to 610 from 525. Strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 80/120 fighter/bomber.
- Capital Siege price increased to 4500/1300/760, hull increased to 3790, shields increased to 2025, hull and shield restore rates increased. Planetary bombardment damage increased to 106 from 53. Phasemissile damage increased to 252 from 168. Flashbeam damage increased to 67 from 45, Wave damage increased to 31 from 21 in each bank. Max speed increased to 550 from 525. Strikecraft antimatter cost increased to 90/120 fighter/bomber.
- Bomber strikecraft Maxspeed increased to 2500 from 2000, Phase Missile damage increased to 85 from 77, Range Decreased to 1500 from 2400, Cooldown time increased to 16. Missile Travel Speed increased to 2200. Max Hull decreased to 75 from 140, Armor reduced to 2 from 5.
- Fighter strikecraft Maxspeed increased to 3500 from 2700, Phase Missile damage decreased to 2 from 30, Range decreased to 1300 from 2400, Cooldown time decreased to 9 from 12. Max hull decreased to 40 from 85, Armor reduced to 1 from 3.
- Light Frigate damage increased to 48 from 42.
- Long Range Missile Frigate damage increased to 98 from 78.
- Utility Frigate 0 has a new ability Mobile Disruption
- Refinery Ship HP increased to 2000 from 500, Max speed increased to 350 from 300. Max Cargo Capacity increased to 400 from 50.
- Trade ship HP increased to 2000 from 500, Max speed increased to 350 from 300. Max Cargo Capacity increased to 500 from 50.
- Hangar Defense max capacity increased to 3 from 2.

Like all mods it depends on what you want out of it. If your looking to expand the feel found in non-modded SINS, then this mod may be great for you.
