I N T R O D U C T I O N

By 2010 Warfare would ravage the world again, like some cursed disease or fever that would never wish to disappear. The reasons, as ever, were despicable and insignificant. From the day when the impenetrable Soviet Union fell, the course of worldwide distrust seemed to remit.

But what this indeed the actuality for which so many heroes gave
away their lives in the previous conflicts?

The Golden rule claims that the fall of one Empire starts a beginning for new, powerful and progressive capabilities, those such as ones that were obtained by the recently organized Russian Federation. The heat of Cold War did not make it's mark as a new tension started to arise...

C H I L L E D   S T E E L

The day which was so long anticipated by the Western Nations, and which was fated to arise sooner or later ensued on 26 December, 1991. On this critically important date the USSR was no longer a nation. On this vital day the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics crumbled and fell, never again to be reminisced or remembered in any important or remote way. The causes of the fall, as considered by the world society and their leaders were aplenty to crush any Nation, especially one with primitive ideology and unreasoned and crude economy.

As with their Economy, the world-wide reputation of the Union was even in more wretched condition. By the end of their historical existance, the situation of the USSR was on the brink of total fiasco. By 1991 The Soviet Union ceased to exist, but how did the Western World respond? More importantly, how did USA react to the fact that their main enemy was finally defeated?

Now the Cold War was finally over, and with it extinguished the worldwide tension and fear, which terrorized hearts around the globe for so many years. Now the Russians did not present any threat to the American nation, their army being laughable and crippled and the new created federation itself proving to be a weak, broken polity. Every day new inner conflicts stratified one another, chipping away more and more territory from it's once great borders. But even this was not enough for the American rule. For they knew that now Russia was a rotten,corrupted country, which is down on it's knees. But even in this shameful hour, Russian Federation had the very last and important weapon which became it's Saviour and punctuated its independence from the American
politicians who planed to aqquire the dominion for their own plans. With this weapon the Cold War could have not truly ended at all. This tool of massive destruction was the legacy of the now forgotten Soviet Union. And the name to this tool was the Nuclear Bomb.

At first USA decided to assign their agents and headmen to key positions in the now independant Countries such as Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan and the Baltic states so that they would be able to neutralize their everlasting enemy with their own geographical neighbors. Then the high grades of the American administration repulsed this conception, preferring to make a different move. 

In the year of 1992 USA has started a massive financial and material investment in secondary, radical Russian political parties, which were supposed to overthrow the current rule with any means possible. This way operation "Peace Shatters" was started in the earliest phases of Russian Independent Rule.
