Modified Rules.ini and Aftermath.ini files that change the Stats and performances of almost all of the units in the game. Changes include: Grenadiers can now be built on both sides, flamethrowers shoot like crazy but have short range, units have longer range, buildings have massive health and Artillery actually have long range. Some modifications have been done to the countries also, Russia spits out cheap units like crazy, Germany has Heavily Armored, but slow Troops, and England has a balance of Slightly high armor and speed, and slightly lower Unit Cost. This mod really speeds up the gameplay compared to the vanilla stats.
