There is no "gameinfo.txt" in the Uprising folder.

Current install path is D:\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\Uprising

(D drive is my main Steam installation.)

Restarting Steam does nothing.

No "sourcemods" folder under steamapps. Created it, extracted files to it, no listing under Steam library. Is this an April Fools prank? Installed Episode 2 and SDK base 2013 SP just in case. No results.

Oof. I remember this mod. It's god awful. Lots of "OORAH!1!" nationalistic posturing crap. I guess the combat is alright if you can get past that, but the ending had me ROFLing.

Any way to get it to play higher than a teeny tiny window?

Hound-eye crashes the game after meeting the first Vortigaunt. Interesting mod though, hope you manage to iron out all the bugs at some point

FFS, please fix the player footstep sound so it doesn't sound like it's ten feet behind you. This has been an issue for years. I'm tired of constantly spinning around thinking I'm being followed.

Not digging the way I have to exit to the main menu, select load game, double click my save file then confirm the load every time I die.

Also, did you forget to put detectors in your mod or something? I'm to the Garbage and have yet to find one. Getting tired of dying randomly to anomalies without warning.

Also: the minimalist HUD sucks. I spend more time in my PDA than in the actual game.

btw, after extracting the files into my Q2 Steam folder I get the error "the code execution cannot proceed because DevIL.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

And yes, the final chopper battle is meant to be fought at night / sunset.

I had the game glitch out when trying to open the rear door after turning the crank. Button wouldn't activate. Had to reload. Just FYI

Won't start for me, I get "Script error, "zblood_bb_addonv27.pk3:actors/monsters.txt" line 1452:
State BlueCultist.27 links to a state with incompatible restrictions" when trying to run the GZDoom batch file included in the download

Fantastic job, sure wish I could see the key doors on the map though.
