I have the same problem, there is no One Vision_0.81.big. Only
One Vision_0.81.skudef
One Vision_0.81_misc.big
One Vision_0.81_Streams.big

That's great to hear, hope the development is going well :D
Dune without worms? Wat.
I always used this method and I thought it was way too complicated. Now guess what I found out? A 3 step way to play mods for C&C3; TW and RA3! :D
1. Install the fixed launchers.
2. Open game properties in Origin and enter "-ui" into the blank line
3. Start the game, open the replay browser, go to the second tab, double click at your mod and enjoy!
Works the same way for Steam Users, just right click on the game, select properties and Game launch options.
Wow, what a beauty. Though the Harkonnen are a bunch of bloodsuckers, they got some interesting designs, you have to give 'em that.
Really looking forward to this!
Generals is just sooo old, no formations, old graphics, a great game but it has its downsides compared to C&C3;.
The nonsense is ridiculously strong in this comment.

Ground vehicles don't make that much sense when you keep in mind that you have... well... a spaceship.
But that's not my decision, just an opinion.
C'mon people, what is this? Yes, people do it voluntarily, people don't get paid, people work on their mods whenever they can or want yadayada.
But let's be honest here, dead mods are a pain in the ***. It is absolutely disappointing and frustrating. Hell, I bet there are more dead mods than finished ones, especially for C&C.
So how can we prevent this in the future? Don't post anything without a version of the mod that is ready for testing.
When I bought this game I had nothing more to say than
"Was about time someone made a game like this"
You know its so ******* awesome to jump down a hill, straight to your Eden Kit that is being attacked, and throw the enemy into a tree while in mid-air.
Absolutely amazing.
I recently found out that you also can use desura for the mods that are available there *facepalm* <.<
BUT there are mods that aren't available on Desura, so, there is still a reason to use those methods.
I have no idea, I bought the Ultimate Collection via Origin. So.. yeah. But I found this Tutorial here

Now the second way is a little bit more complicated but you don't need TibEd2. Just like above, install a desired mod, and then right click on the .skudef file of the mod after you copied it and create a shortcut in the same folder. Right click again, go to properties and there you should see a line that is named something like "Target" with a path in it, like ""C:\ Users\ Foreman 371 \ Documents \ Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars \Mods \ TiberiumEssence \ TiberiumEssence_1.6.skudef""
Keep this window open because this is exactly what you need later on.
Make sure you installed the fixed launchers and right click on the Tiberium Wars cover and choose game properties in origin. A empty line should appear, there you copy the following parameters:
-game cnc3 -modconfig
Then you need to open the property window of the skudef file I mentioned before. This is the point where you need it. Copy the path of the "target" line and paste it right behind the two parameters.
It should look something like this:
-game cnc3 -modconfig "C:\Users\Shas'Vre Vior'la Tso\Documents\Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Mods\Fallout\CNCFallout_0.2.skudef"
If you have done this, click ok, and then play the game. The mod will automatically start. You can do this with any other mod, you just need to copy its path behind these parameters.
I really hope one of these things were able to help you since I struggled very much to run mods for a very long time.
Emprah protects.
Alright, I can tell you how to play mods with Tiberium Wars. There are 2 ways I know but for all of them you need the fixed launchers Bibber.eu
The first way to enable mods is to install TibEd 2. First install a mod you like into Documents -> Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars -> Mods. If the mods folder is not available create it. Then put the folder where your Mod is located in into the mods folder, just like this: S20.postimg.org
Then start TibEd 2. Choose CnC3 and start a new project. If a window appears how to name your mod, click cancel. On top you should see things like Build Mod, Play Mod and Launch Command and COnquer 3 Control Center. You need the control center, click at this button and the normal Tiberium Wars Launcher appears. Click at Replay Browser or whatever it is called and here you can start a mod just like in the retail version, just doubleclick at the mod and there you go: S20.postimg.org
I don't know if Moddb comments support links, if not, just copy the URLs into your browser.
Oh well, I know C&C for such a long time, easily over 13 years, I played the games for so many hours. And still I can count myself as one of the worst players in multiplayer xD

There is not much to see here. As you can see...
