Anyone got a backup? I was literally going to finally try this today. This is why copyright is the worst thing to ever exist, though. No harm is being done, no profit is being made, and this is only destroying the ability of fans to creatively express themselves and enrich the franchise as a whole. Literally I am only a Warhammer fan in the first place because of the Rage of the Dark Gods mod, if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have ever been actually have given it a chance.

And that is another thing. There are already so many mods based off of their properties for so many other games, and I have never heard of them being shut down. Many of them are even pretty high in the mod rankings list, and as far as I know the vast majority never have expressed permission to use the IP. Unless you have actually received a cease and desist, in fact, I would say that all of this is worrying over nothing, and even then, if the event that you do get one, it's not like the lawsuits are already on their way and you are screwed for life. They actually let you take it down first in every case for every other mod I've ever seen.

But all of that out of the way, the sheer possibility is disgusting and unjust. Works like this reach out to new people and introduce them to new works and get them to try new things. It gives fans new ways of experiencing what they love. It can even bring in more revenue for the company. The very idea of them dashing the hopes of everyone involved in a project like this that only demonstrate's a fan's passion for a setting gives me a sense of rage that would put a Greater Daemon of Khorne to shame. I truly do hope that someone will keep the torch going. It deserves as much. And if they do complain, then let them.

Wait, what the hell happened to the Undead faction? They were being teased for a quite a while! I was excited for that more than anything, and honestly it was my only reason to play any of the new versions. Please tell me that they will still get all of the stuff made for them, or that they will be added later, or that it will be easy to make them one ourselves.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU! Again, if you do need any assistance I would love to do whatever I can. This is possibly my favorite mod for this, and I am quite passionate about seeing my favorite faction in. But yeah. Really great stuff.

Actually came back to this the other day. Been trying to work up the will to mess around with this some more, but... The Tomb Kings are just so bleh. I know that the idea of adding Sylvania was brought up a lot in the past. Is that still possible at some point, maybe after the next patch? If not, I was looking into at least trying to make them as a sub mod for now. They really do need to be in. And I would love to try and help with that.

Going to add another vote to the Sylvanians here. Every time I check back I always hope someone will add them in, even if it's a submod. Honestly wouldn't even mind being unable to fully advance up their troop tree or if they were a really minor faction, just really sad they aren't in.

This looks good, but I have a question. Will the Volkihar be playable, or just a minor NPC faction?

How incredibly sad. What if someone were to make a submod for them?

I think "Cannon fodder that is vastly superior to any strike craft we could even imagine and can destroy ours by the dozens" would be more apt.

Just saw this on steam, and wondered if anything like this or the LOGH mod for sins existed for this game. Looks like I need to get this now. I do have one question though. Will stuff from plus be in this?

I've hit problem. Every time I try to use the latest version in multiplayer, the game not only immediately de-syncs, but the players seem to be on different maps. Any one else run into this?

That's a shame. I wanted more undead instead of just Tomb Kings.

Heh, strangely, I seem to be the only one who likes them here, and hates them in starfighter. BTW, they were in the original, too, and more missions then the geonosis one, I think.

If its mostly based on ballistic/cruise missiles and SAMs, how about something like "Boost" or "Re-entry" Or even "No fly zone".

Aww. Would it be possible to instead make the US a coalition with units from several countries? Theres already a Korean SAM and I heard someone mention an Israeli heli. IE a single unit for the main European countries?

Either way, the units at the moment look great themselves.

I was looking at the unit list, aren't most of them from endwar and crisis? Wouldn't it be better to use updated versions instead of using ones from another game? I mean, you could try to make a reasonable guess about a m1a3 or something.
