Im having troubles with the flashlight not staying on when I press L. It turns on and off when press the button and leads me to not being able to play.

Those rings are WAY to big
Light can bounce of brighter colours, if you notice the lights on the left side are brighter then the ones on the right, so you can assume the sun is somewhere to the left of the map and is lighting up a wall reflecting the light inside. If you've ever been inside an abandoned building you will see that rooms without any direct sun light can still be lit up from outside. Its called radiosity.
There are no lights on, the rooms are being lit by windows with natural light coming through them.
Those walls seem way to thin for the bricks they are using.
You have to think of the logistics behind somethings. Like the floor and the sink having the same texture, cafeteria tables and shelves in a bathroom, a very large bathroom at that, a single wall fixed light, vents running under the ceiling(Should be up in tiles) and the paper and graffiti in there.
You should think about getting different door textures, to make it feel less like source. Other then that everything looks fantastic!

The explosion itself is nice, but it makes no sense for the sparks to come out of the barrel when firing the explosive.

There is lighting casted on the floor, but alot of people are telling me things are to dark (Although its fine on my computer) so I cant really fix the problems without making it look bad :/

Ive always found in games that something does look good in the light, but in the shadows it looks really bad and you can see flaws. Im glad you took the time to fix the problem in your case!

This works great, but there are still many other errors to address, like automatic weapons not using the fire animation correctly, and the FOV is wrong.

Dont use noise, make the displacments by hand. And I do suggest to make the road aa few displacments to and blend the two textures together to make it look much better
You should use another wood texture for those planks of wood, they dont fit the scene well and that wood wouldnt be able to support someone walking up it.
It looks alright, but you should really try adding more details to the design. I know this is in alpha stage but I hope you do add more things

Everything is streached and its too big of a room with no detail.
Im not trying to sound like a ****, BUT that is HORRIBLE mapping. Its a massive room with nothing filling it,The is only 1 window and a small door,The fire place is way to unrealistic that could never work,The fireplace is to thin and it goes up through the stairs,that brick texture is over used and it looks like ****, the roof is tiled wood? why would you have floor boards on the ceiling?

O.o a few things are wrong in this picture. The walls are too thin to ob used with that texture or even to be useful against the temperature. The door at the top right its above the ground and there is a brush under it,making it deadly for the elderly XD. The windows are far to large to be supported by a flimsy wall without being extremely delicate as its attached directly to the brick,I would suggest adding a frame around the window. It also appears that the ceiling is made of multiple brush's (not saying that's bad) but it will give some undesirable results with light being cut off. And if you say this building is old then add some decals to the walls and the floor to give it that (old) feeling. So fix up those mistakes and your maps should start to look better in-time. :D
