How this works:
The screen is flipped, the left/right controls were swapped, the mouse X is inverted, and the direction of the audio is flipped as well.
What has been mirrored:
-Alot of models, in order to appear normal again. Stuff like the suit chargers, cars, tv's, crates and more. Also the citadel too
-All decals, and the text/logos contained in some of the textures themselves is manually flipped in photoshop (ngl i really actually liked doing that)
-Breencasts
This mod uses the steam half life 2 maps. None of the maps were recompiled. Some bsp's were edited with EntSpy- keyvalue changes / entity additions were made for some of the visual changes
The HDR in some maps was made less overexaggerated

You can unflip the screen by typing sv_cheats1; r_mirrored 0
Disclaimer: just like in regular half life 2- in the options use HDR. Otherwise the game can become fullbright when loading some maps because they lack LDR data.

So you know the part after you teleport from nova prospekt to kleiner's lab? I can't get past the lab after some dialogue between alyx and kleiner when kleiner goes to find lamar all npc's stop moving an nothing is happening i even used host_timescale command to make sure that i just had to wait a bit, but no. I restarted the map and it still was happening. After restarting the game i loaded the save and then alyx didn't want to move from the teleporter nor did she moved her lips when talking. Absolutely nothing was happening (also used host_timescale just to make sure it wasn't a long wait).

is this compatible with the vr mod?
no unless the vr mod team decide to include my changes (i made them open source on github linked in here, but their code isnt open source so its up to them if the want to make this combination of mods possible)
