How to get those additional updates on top of CF 2.0?
How to get those additional updates on top of CF 2.0?
Which versions have 64 bit? Do we lose any quality because of 32 bit limitation ?
Steam version also doesn't have bin64, what version has it? Can we just play bin32 ?
Like I said I'm still waiting for the order, but the way I understand it's identical. You just capture what is rendered before displaying.
I'm still waiting for delivery. If you just want screenshots (no high fps video), you can always use DSR.
Sounds good, good job! I will be waiting with GTX 1080 @ 4K, it better be optimized xD
Also would it be a ton of work to release this mod for Crysis Warhead? Do they both have the same engine, textures, etc.?
Hi again, just another question, how exactly does your mod compare to the previous quality mods? There are so many of them already, are you rebuilding everything from ground up or are you improving on what has already be done?
Yes I agree actually, they often change the original feeling too much. Texture mods however are mostly nice, I think there is a lot of stuff that you can reuse :) (First link)
How is AI changed in this mod? Is it the same as "Crysis Advanced AI" Moddb.com?
Hey, maybe you can include some stuff from this mod compilation (download links in description):
I have found this guy's stuff in guru3d forum, his mod compilation also includes shaders by Cryzenx, which were still being worked on less than a year ago.
Forums.guru3d.com
He has also created a nice installer/uninstaller for his mod compilation, maybe you can contact this Gerard Fraser guy and join forces for an ultimate Crysis mod. :)
Just a suggestion..
Is this compatible with texture packs, lighting mods, etc?
If you make this compatible with COOP Moddb.com, I will make love to you :D
I see, so this is basically just a content mod, no major changes to the engine, etc.. all other mods should be compatible?
How's Oculus support (with VorpX or else?). I want to crap my pants in VR :)
Can I run this with Oculus Rift somehow?
Yeah, that's true. I'm personally a bit disappointed with the slow progression and really lost interest in proceeding after I saw that 1kk+ level requirement.. However this is certainly a huge mod and I'm sure that there are a lot of people who will enjoy it.. In the meantime I'll just wait for Star Citizen :)
It is not hard, I just think it is less enjoyable... :) Basically I'm stuck with two options:
1. Keep repeating same side missions 20 times = boring
2. Keep visiting same old prison systems / trade routes = even more boring
I just wish that the campaign was focused more towards going forward like in the original Freelancer, rather than being stuck in the same system or tracing back your steps to make credits.
Hm, this is probably later in the game... So on average how many missions do you have to complete in order to proceed? In my specific case it is ~20, which seems a bit too much and repetitive.
Well my personal taste is combat, but it seems that in Crossfire doing local missions is pretty worthless. So I'm forced to get money using other means which are not "fun" for my personal taste :) I think it would make sense to have mission rewards slightly higher, just saying...
So is there a fun way to quickly earn 1kk (i.e. shooting stuff), or is it necessary to make long trips?
I see, well thanks for confirming that this is how it is supposed to be :) I personally preferred the vanilla progression after completing 3-4 side missions in the local base.
Yeah, but I mean this is not fun at all and sort of ruins the story... I'm not supposed to backtrack because all of the races are at war. And it's very boring to jump through 10 systems just to sell some prisoners. I don't understand how this was a good idea for a campaign.
Hi, I'm not if this is a bug or not, but in my case campaign level requirements are ridiculously high. I'm currently stuck in Chugoku system and I need to somehow earn 1.200.000 credits (Misssions are ~55.000 at most). Up to this point a good way to earn money was to sell escape pods to prisons, but now all of them are in hostile territories (only blood dragons are my friends).
Am I supposed to complete 20 missions in order to proceed in the campaign? Am I missing something?
Thanks
Keep demotivating the developers and you won't see it released at all. I don't understand how people can bitch about something that they are getting for free, we should all be thankful that they are doing this amazing job at all. And btw if you wish to see the progress, just take a look here, it's getting closer and closer to 100% every month or so:

Ok thanks, at least I know the problem is on my end :)
Hey scout, in my case music doesn't play at all (with or without your patch), using AOE gold on Win 8.1 x64. Is this an existing issue that will be fixed, or there is a problem with my installation? Thanks.
Hi, is this mod still in development or is it finished?
