I don't see how hearing EVERY fighter pilot die is likable, but regardless can be filtered out through game play I suppose. For that matter I do believe original B-Wing and Red Squadron did not have every single fighter being destroyed being associated with a "death sound". It was more like very 2 or 3 fighters being destroyed then you would hear a death sound. Of course, I could be wrong :P.

You're right, it's not all about "me" it about your "community". You have a great mod going on, but give us "players" some options. For example, give us the option for whether massive fleets jump in or not randomly. Give us the option whether or not to hear every single fighter pilot die in big space battles, it gets annoying (to some like me). Your mod is definitely unique, fun, and of course "your" mod. So you can do as you please. Just giving some suggestions that can be ignored by your choosing.
I do look forward to 4.7 and the 5.0 patch.
So you like hearing people dying every second? It's annoying when you want to play the game and hear EVERY death in the game regardless of what side you are on. It's unnecessary.
You like random fleets just randomly jumping in and changing the tide of battle? (Not necessarily a bad thing, but unnecessary, seeing as the fleet is usually always spawned in for you, the player, and you can never loose.)
AI relentlessly focuses on upgrading the space station immediately, which isn't bad, but sometimes people like to have lengthy battles not have it over in less then 10-15 mins because a massive fleet comes in out of no where and uses your reinforcement points so you can't spawn anything else.
As for the bugs, I'm stating spawning in ground units from the Golan Space station while in a space battle causes the game to crash. Sure, many are smart enough to not spawn in ground units in space, but having the button there in the first place is unnecessary
As you stated this is an older beta. If there is a newer version, why did you upload a clearly outdated version?
The mod is great, just some things are unnecessary or give us the option to do so, not force it upon the player. I'll take a look at the "Bigger Version" on your website, since I'm guessing that one is updated unlike the old 0.5 beta.

Ok, surprised to see this come out today alone and even with a download. A few things I noted however. The first thing I did was do a battle over Coruscant and was ok for the first 10 mins. Then all of a sudden BAM! S*** hits the fan for no apparent reason, without any provocation or any indication a massive fleet jumped in under my control and just started killing everything. I had no direct control over where and when to deploy this "pre-determined" fleet for me. Not sure if that is what is supposed to happen.
A few bugs I noticed (So far):
*I hear EVERYONE dying on ALL sides during a space battle. (Getting into huge battles all you hear are groans of droids and people dying for pretty much the rest of the match)
*Golan Space stations can pretty much spawn everything including ground units in space combat. (Crashes Game when calling in ground units in space upon;as to be expected)
*Big fleets randomly spawning in with no control of when or where to place them. (Looks like a scripted event)
*Some ground units have missing text in their description boxes (Probably placeholder text until later)
There are just a few bugs "I've" noticed right away upon playing the mod. The mod has great potential and will continue to follow and play the mod. But there is much to be done with balancing and bug fixes. Keep up the good work guys, I look forward to more. ;)
What about the people with the worst personalities trying to get into the mod, thinking they can do as they please and get away with it?

Got this great mod to work. However, after playing it for hours. I can't help but notice I can't place the Mass effect Gates nor the Moon defense platform from Starship troopers. Any ideas?

To all you people, thinking you are banned for no reason, this is not the case. You are most likely banned because you lied about your age in your interview request. Signing up with a DOB then putting another DOB on your interview request makes you looks dumb, hence the ban.
You would be able to play here. However, you are responsible for your account that you make. No duplicate accounts are allowed. So you AND your brother would have to be interviewed under the same name.

Indeed. 80% of the people banned, are banned before they are even accepted due to lying about their age. the other 20% are people Banned due to crappy Role Play.

This mod dead now? This is practically the best mod for this game. I haven't see any other mod with just as many cannons on the ships hull as this one. And I like many and big guns.
Perhaps in 3 more years, Arma III will eventually release, and you can join then ;)

I'm having a problem with viewing units. Every time I zoom out far enough it starts to lag really bad and makes the camera hard to control. Not sure as to the cause as to why this is happening. Any ideas?
Os their an estimate on when we can get a working download? Since you guys are basically going off of the older files and improving/remaking many of them, it shouldn't be too long since there is a nice head start. However, I could be wrong :P
Unfortunately, You will have to wait till you are at least 15, and then you will have to pass a maturity test. Exceptions can be made, however, you have to prove your worth.
