The game crashes for me when i create a server. How can I fix this?

I'm getting this error >Class ASCharacters.R6MP1TParamilitary01 in template Highway-11 doesn't exist.

Im using Ravenshield and a few other mods. I follow this youtube guide.

Are you ever adding bots? Game is cool but have yet to find a server on it. Will make yet another video on my youtube channel see if more people notice it this time. Last one i did was in 2015.
