if you do plan to update this mod someday, it'd be great if you added the ability to serve in an army, and work your way up the ranks (while being paid).

mightn't you be able to add the ability to serve in an army? i like the mod, it's great to have some napoleonic wars singleplayer again, as l'aigle doesn't seem to ever be updated again. but like l'aigle, it lacks opportunity to serve IN an army, like you can in the clash of kings mod. if it's too tall an order, i understand! but it'd be a massive improvement in my book, as i always start my campaigns out by joining an army and working my way up the ranks that way.

Yes i have. I chose to copy the medieval2 thing, insert it into date and rename it to kingdoms as it doesn't exist in there. Should i try to just patch medieval2?

EDIT: If i try to patch medieval2 i'll probably reinstall the game so nothing goes wrong.

EDIT: Right, so i've tried to do it the way you explained it, and i can now start the game via the Executabl, but nothing indicates that the mod is working and Medieval freezes so i have to restart my pc. I also tried another way of doing it just now and that is starting it via steam, didn't work either i got the error i told about in the previous comment.

What am i doing wrong when downloading this? I put WTW into mods (unrar)copy medieval2 (.exe does not exist and neither does kingdoms) and rename it to kingdoms, then i patch kingdoms and run the executable then i get the error "Uh oh. This isn't good. No idea why, but exiting now. Sorry pal.". What am i doing wrong? Probably a good idea to mention that i use steam.

Do you post updates anywhere? Such as facebook or Hiveworkshop, i'd like to know more.

Right, so i've successfully patched the game now, but when i run the exocutable i get into medieval 2 and nothing indicates that i am using warcraft total war, and to make it even worse everytime i click on something like custom battles or options it freezes, idk what to do. Any ideas? Right, so now i've tried to run it via steam and chose americas since that is what i changed it to in the mods section, and it didn't work. I also tried to change it back and run it, but then the Uh oh, sorry pal error appeared. I'll try to run it with the exocutable again, but i don't think it will work. PLease help me

Medieval 2 suffered a fatal error and will now exit. Any ideas?

This looks and sounds awesome! I only found you very recently while scouting the internet for warcraft remakes and i must say that i am very impressed! I do have a question or two though and the first is. Do you have an idea of when the first campaign is going to be released? I love warcraft, but haven't really played starcraft 2, but i'll definitely buy it when this mod is available, and that's of course why i am asking. Oh and also, do you have a facebook page or twitter account that you post other news on? I am very interested in playing the campaigns you're making and i'm thirsty for updates!

Please excuse what might be seen as a stupid question. But you are planning on making a complete remake of the the three warcraft games right? If so, do you have an idea yet of when the campaigns will be available, and are any of them playable as of now? I love the warcraft universe and is extremely excited to play this! So i of course just want to know if the maps are the only things currently available, or if there are any campaigns playable yet. But anyway that's all i have to say! Keep up your extremely good work, and merry christmas (A little late).

I just got the mod working, sort of, and by that i mean it crashes a few minutes into a game, i've tried utapau twice now, and the fake console things working, i can change units and stuff, but it just suddenly crahses. It's really annoying because i want this cool mod to work. Any suggestions?

Still no artillery, even tho i turned of all the other mods off

Legal version, i have a few other mods tho, such as infinite ammo, valuable veterans, bright weapon textures and realistic cav charges,realistic archery mod and realistic charge impacts

What about artillery?, i heard that there is onagers in this mod, but i cant find them

Wow you guys have done such a good job ! but i was wondering if you were going to change the angle of the arryn sigil on the shield because from what i know i think they are supposed to be a litte more up to the side but whatever it doesnt bother me :)
