Warcraft rebirth mod

Hello, I've said it several times and tried to make people understand, I'm now trying to contact moddb moderators to get this thing done once and for all: This mod: Moddb.com (which changes it's are name to hide from being reported) called Warcraft 3 Ascención a mod for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne uses stolen content without permission or credits so here is the reason why he is wrong and what he does is illegal: He says he uses Blizzard Entertainment's models and if someone edit's them they still belong to Blizzard and he can use them as he wants so our reply is basic and certain:

1) He is not only using Blizzard Entertainment's models that are edited he is using our sculpts that we made out of scratch and hand painted using programs like Zbrush\3dCoat\Maya which can be found on our professional artist' Artstation accounts example:Artstation.com, Artstation.com, Artstation.com those models are under our intellectual property and shared with Blizzard Entertainment cause we use their engine and concept and it gives both us and Blizzard Entertainment to stop their usage without first and formost our(the artists) permission which we notified that mod's owner Moddb.com alot of times but he did not care and deleted all the comments we made.

2) Model edits that are based from Blizzard Entertainment's models are also not under copyright of Blizzard Entertainment alone as long as artist put enough effort to it thus giving artist and Blizzard Entertainment the right to top the edit's usage without first and formost the artist'spermission (without artist's permission even Blizzard can't take it and use it in their game that they sell)

3)Another important point is that the mod Warcraft 3 Ascencion uses models that are from other games and are from rivaling companies of Blizzard Entertainment which is forbidden and written in EULA of Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, given information about Blizzard's partner website TheHiveWorkshop.com's rules by developers of the game to state they are forbidden to use.

For all this reason we are asking for this mod to be shut down from moddb, if an admin\moderator sees this article we kindly ask to take action against this issue and we kindly ask all our followers to report this mod.
