Is there any way to play this game patched to 1.51 in LAN mod (just offline)?
I don't get it working :(
Is it possible to set up a LAN listen (or dedicated) server with TO-Crossfire?
I couldn't find a way so far :/
Thank you very much for answering. :)
You're welcome. :)
Only if you wanna have the additional graphical improvements from the 1.2 patch.
Which version was the final patch release for the TO-Mod (not the retail release)?
No problem pal ;)
You don't say!
At least you'll have to read the description...
Does anyone have the pyromania 1.2.1 mod?
Sadly dateiliste.com is gone and that was the only location on the net for the pyromania files :(
Is there any death match mod or some kind of mod or maybe a game mode for small LAN parties (~ 4 players)?
Or maybe a game mode?
Is there any death match mod or some kind of mod for small LAN parties (~ 4 players)?
After I did some research - the answers are:
yes and yes :]
Thank you for your reply.
So in the meantime it's best practice to use the Evolved 1.0 pack instead of the R117 full patch?
The Evolved 1.0 pack totally replaces all the graphical improvements from R117 full patch (all models, textures and so on)?
I own the v1.3 R117 Full-Patch (this is the one with the visual fixes and improvements! - unlike the R117 Lite-Version!) and the v1.3 R129 Patch (that followed the R117 Patch).
The R129 version is the final version of the unofficial v1.3 patches and doesn't include the visual fixes and improvements anymore (only 5,55MB in size).
Does anybody know if it's possible to combine this two patches?
Once again thank you very much for mentioning AP.
It was really fun at our last small LAN (4 players).
Does anybody know which is the most recent patch for Republic Commando?
I saw unofficial patches flying around the net (e.g. v1.2).
And does the GOG installer already comes with a prepatched game?
Thank you very much.
Will download AP for sure then :)
Any other recommondations for small/tiny maps?
e.g. we also play Day of Defeat with 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3 players (works pretty good because you have to capture the points in a line).
Is there a mod (or bunch of tiny maps) out there for really small LAN party matches (2 vs 2 / 3 vs 3)?
Thank you in advance :)
Is it possible to play LAN only matches with the "Unreal 2 XMP Community Edition"?
We've tried to get it running at our LAN party and no one has been able to connect to the listen server (the connecting screes stays forever at every client). :(
The description and the screenshot is wrong!!
You don't require Unreal 2 to play this edition!!
I've read about 5 parts which I do need for a complete mod installation.
So which archives from here will I need and in which order should I install them (on a GOG release of Flatout 2)?
Which ball based mods for UT2k4 do you know - besides CarBall and Deathball?
Back in the days we used to play a mod / a map at our LAN parties and I've been racking my brains all day but I can't remember the name.
The map takes place in a dark cavern / cave system where you have to take a ball from the middle of the map to a certain point on the opposite side (opposing area).
When I’ve tried to remember something like “The Ball” crossed my mind.
But I think my memory played a trick on me regarding this, because there’s no mod for UT2004 like “The Ball” for UT3, right?
Which mod may have been that or perhaps it was a custom map for bombing run which matches this description?
Thank you again :)
Can this mod still be downloaded somewhere on the net?
Have you ever played the Damnation mod / standalone game? Does it only feature a single player game mode?
Thanks for your answer :)
"I think there is also a third person game who won MSUC and Epigenesis as well."
Which one is it? ^^
So here comes a question to all those UT modding fans out there :)
Which community project for any of the beloved UT games started as a mod and finally made it to retail release?
The following ones already sprang to my mind.
- Tactical Ops
- Alien Swarm
- Red Orchestra
- Killing Floor
- Damnation (never gave it a try - looks like single player only type?)
- Renegade X
- The Ball
I'm sure that together we will achieve a complete list :)
I've uploaded the package to moddb:
