I got those same errors when trying to use ZDoom. So if you're using ZDoom, switch to GZDoom instead (which is what I did) and it should work...if you are using GZDoom, then I don't know.

Try validating the game cache files, maybe there's a file missing.

You probably set the search results to show "Xbox 360" mods, or one of the other ones. Just click "Home" at the top. I've had the same problems before.

Ok, I figured out what I did. What you need to do is install Source SDK Base 2006 in Steam. Then browse to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\gmod9" and find the gameinfo.txt file. Open this in notepad, and then scroll down until you see something say SteamAppID. The number that's to the right of this should be 220. Change this number to 215, and save the file. Then, restart Steam. After you restart Steam, gmod 9 should be in the library, and you should be able to start a singleplayer game. Hope this helps!

Really? Because mine is working.... I think I edited a few things to get it working again, so for anyone interested, I'll post a comment on what to do.

Uh this may sound stupid, but I've loaded up the mod and I have absolutely no idea how to play. I choose a game, and I can't do a single thing once I'm in the game. I can't move, clicking things doesn't do anything, and none of the keys do anything. Hopefully this is a glitch, or I've missed something here. Help would be appreciated...

I found an issue on the map factory, on one of the antlion waves. The antlion guard at the end didn't seem to be aware of my presence, and just stood where it spawned. Other than that, I've had no other problems. This is a great mod. Hope to see more upcoming awesomeness!
