I check back here every day to make sure I will be the first person to review it. I am eager to play this mod, but take as much time as you require to make it as good as possible.
Personally, I think the graphics are a bad thing. If people keep going for photo realism, games will be too costly to make a profit off of. I think we should stick to aesthetic style for some games and lackluster but good graphics for games like this. I would hate to see another video game crash.
It's certainly difficult to have this sort of gameplay style without any sort of cover system. It really suffers from the same problem Blood Money had. Is it by any chance possible to have Max slow his moving speed while aiming? That would probably fix the issues for the most part.
If it hadn't already been implemented he probably would have done so, which would be more work for him to do and more waiting for us to go through for something as small as that.
I have no clue why I thought so hard, but it occurred to me that you sped up the bullet time noises and then pitch shifted it so it wouldn't sound high pitched, and then, you said yourself that bullet time is slower. So it would then sound a lot like it does in Max Payne 3. Am I correct?
Every time you speak I feel less and less significant.
-EDIT- Wait...In DMW he will be commenting on it, and that will be lip synced? Aren't those comments usually in retrospect, with him looking back on the events, seemingly telling them to another?
I just have one question. Will Max's model be lip synced? I don't even mean accurately, but will his mouth move? I played the Chow Yun Fat mod for this game and the mouth never moved, so I am just wondering if this mod will have the same issue.
The only problem I can see is in the photo and not even noticeable in game. Agent Payne's glasses look slightly wonky. I may even be wrong on that one, in fact, that's quite likely. You're the The_Silver of Max Payne 1.

True, but it can still be really goddamn annoying.
Does anybody know the song?

Would you kindly stop COPY/PASTING EVERY DAMN COMMENT YOU HAVE EVER MADE!?

HE'S ALREADY SAID BEFORE THAT LOCATION DAMAGE AND ANIMATIONS IS COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE!
So around how much more do you have to work on, The_Silver?
I think he probably meant the ones from the prologue chapters.
This is not going to be a god mod. It is actually going to make the game arguably more difficult.
No need to be an *** about it. You've said things like "..." before, which is immature and a waste of space. Stop being a hypocrite.

Probably not, and if it is, please stop delaying this mod further.
It says TBD, so it's TBD.
Jesus Christ, man. Calm down! A simple "No, there will not be a beta," would suffice just as well. Don't throw a tantrum.
It most certainly won't. He seems to think that he is looking to copy over all content from Max Payne 3, rather than make Max Payne 2 more like it.
It's not out yet.
So around how much more do you have to get done?

I doubt it would still be more violent then the knifing in your own Payne Effects 3. That is so brutal I drool just thinking about it.
Perhaps he found a workaround for the dual wielding like he did the character selection?
Every time you speak I feel less and less significant.

...Wow....Just....Wow.

It would be pretty cool if they changed to other noises in bullet time as they do in Max Payne 3, but I'm not sure if that's even possible.
So how many more things do you have to finish up?
Bloody fine job. I'm sure this mod will be fantastic once it's done.
That sounds absolutely fantastic.
No. This has already been answered numerous times.
