Description

A pack full of different patches to change many things on the game to better fit your taste. About the old files: Do not use v18's mutators on V19. Do not use the Janitor on V19. He is already integrated to it, and loading it on v19 will cause lots of bugs with the gore.

Even more so, what's the point of loading Regeneration with mods? I reckon it's one of the "new" gaming industries, but seriously I don't find any point about regeneration in games, is just ridiculous. If we make the Regeneration like in modern games, you would just hide for 5 seconds and BAM! You are fully loaded of HP! Anyways, you can check out TZK's Add-On in the Add-On section, which has a Regeneration option.

When using the "Simpler Weapons" mutator, the zombiemen don't drop ammo clips but guns instead. I presume this is because you have a pistol and the game is trying to give you the semi-automatic.

Otherwise, excellent work. This is a great update.

It would also be great to have a mutator that deactivates the integrated janitor that makes blood on the floor / ceilung disappear after a while. And if possible the blood on the screen when you kill somebody in close range like it was in v18. Those 2 mutators would be incredible awesome!

if the janitor is the culprit of the corpse gibbing removal, then yes give me the option to turn it off, it ruins the experience

Actually I think the removal of corpse gibbing has nothing to do with the janitor. Corpse gibbing seemed to cause some bugs, thats why it's removed. Still it would be great to have it back! I wouldn't even care if I had to restart a level now and then due to some crashes...

I never used the Janitor before and never had performance problems or anything, and it kind of stinks coming back into a room that was soaked in blood and junk when I left and there being nothing but a few bodies on the floor.

Use G/ZDoom. Drag the file into G/ZDoom.exe - Zandronum.exe Skull-Tag is NOT compatible anymore with V19 since V17.

I've alternated between several other mods and mutators as well as running an iwad without any but noreload yet I still get this script error.

Ah nevermind I found my mistake. It seems for noreloads I need to grab the iwad and then select it again from Zandronum.

I don't know if one of the other guest commenters pointed this out but the "No Reloads" mutator reverts the Plasma Flamethrower back to the Plasma Shotgun. It's a shame because I really liked the Flamethrower.

Put the files in the same folder as whatever engine you play DOOM and BRUTALDoom on (ex. Zandronum), then ctrl+click on all of the mutators you want along with your Brutal Doom executable. Then click and drag any of them over to the engine executable (again, for example zandronum.exe) and it will launch with them loaded.

place in the skins folder.. any wad placed there will be loaded after the stuff you have dragged onto gzdoom.exe

ADS means Aim Down Sights.

What he means is that he wants Rifle's Iron Sights from V18 back.

Unexpected 'BDPistol' in definition of 'Doomer2'. Everything is loading in the right order too. I have ctrl picked brutal doom first, then a mutator, and I hover them above GZdoom. Anyone know what the problem is?
