I am a young man who constantly advances in knowledge and skill, to create games for a career. I love what I do and am happy to build games people want to play. Currently I reside under the title of environment/ level designer. Basically constructing what you see and hear in-game. I am always looking into ways of expanding my designing productivity, as well as my overall influences and knowledge towards my work. I am also quite happy you took the time to read this :P

Ohhh man dat darkness. The amount of good player VOs make this totally worth it alone imo. Once I heard the line in a slightly insane sounding whimper "they're coming" with the additional audio ques I just noped out before being able to reload.

So good I love it! Just gotta find the courage to continue xD

Hey Bentraxx, just installed your mod but for some reason it's not quite installing correctly. I have the old disc version of Gold so my path for the mod goes as the following.. D:\Games\Eidos\Thief Gold\HDMOD

I'm launching directly out of the Thief Gold folder as well to make sure I wasn't playing off of another install I had previously. The new graphics mod window seems to open fine so I can apply settings but in-game they seem to have no apparent effect. Any ideas where I may be going wrong?

It's actually being reconfigured for a tighter approach. When it comes to small teams and large projects, sometimes things have to be revised to fit the team's capabilities. But nonetheless, we are still working on things.

We hope to show more in the future but things are just getting underway again.

Also another thing to note is that the exe launchers for the HD versions don't work. I've tried installing the main package and update in both the Doom 3 installation as well as it's sub-directory but no luck yet.

Something interesting to note is that when it's installed in the installation folder I can load it through the mod loader on the main menu. What's more interesting is that I can run the benchmark and it is in HD but it fails to load any actual missions.

Well tried getting this to work with my Steam Copy and it's no good. Didn't know if it was a direct applied mod or a package so I tried running Doom with the mod and without it applied. Applied I emmediately noticed the menu change but there are three mods that can be loaded and all they say are, "don't touch this folder".

If I try loading a mission it just partially loads and then returns back to the main menu. Opened the console and it has a very long list of assets that failed to load. So kinda wondering what's going on with it. I do have one mod that runs on Doom 3's engine (the Dark Mod) but it doesn't over right the original game it just uses the engine. Not sure what to do since there isn't any documentation for this issue.

Only advice I can give are for proportions. Cause I think they need to look a slight bit more stocky and the helmet needs to be brought down in height just a tad bit. Cause the rest is about right, just a little more stockiness and I think you have it made.

Nice job though, very nice indeed. Now my mind starts brainstorming on if you guys added optional skins/attachable pieces for aesthetics customization.

Man the depth is really turning up well in these models. Just as a suggestion do you guys plan on putting in the silver/white outlines to the panels or just leaving it mostly grey? Was looking at this picture (although only part of the droid) had a lot of outlining done on it, mostly stainless steal by the looks of it...

I got this really odd kinda cool idea, for some crazy mapper. That would be to try and combine the original Yavin Temple layout (from BF) with the temple interior themes from JK-Outcast. Just would take precise calculations but I heard you guys had some ideas with combining things from several games and that would totally be awesome. Similar layouts from two separate games.

I know this is just a place holder but when you can get real life, High Quality samples, that would really help the authentic feel. I would say drums would gain the most out of that unless you made a musical notes sheet of all this and sent it in to get professionally recorded (which would be insane).

Great work nonetheless, I really wish I wasn't working on another mod atm cause I would totally try and get on with this Battlecry project if I could.

I would try and layer as much of the fine supporting instruments you can. I would say the light strings section softly accenting the background would just top that. Only constructive advice I can give otherwise all I can say is this stuff is well on it's way to becoming some real good stuff.

Totally gonna try and go Indie Pro here. So much more to offer with the little teams in terms of where you can go with them and flexibility over the big AAA companies. Unless it's Valve cause they still work like Indie boys in a AAA environment.

Last time I saw a AT-ST correctly proportioned was in the Jedi Knight series. This ranks as like a high detailed high poly of that version imo. The SWBF version was a bit too short and a bit to stocky, but this one is just fitting and is quite reminiscent of Episode IV.

Yes the AR 2 and OICW are both an debate for which one (if not both) to be thrown into a hidden stash that you can find in the game.

The Team and I have a lot more available that can be added without breaking with story or setup to the original Ravenholm. Since this is back story we get to tell you how it happened, even a bit of why it happened. Did the combine just kinda get a light bulb moment and figure the rebels were there? Or could there have been kind of disaster that was loud enough to reach the combine's ears?
