I have been to said link at TWCentre but nothing new was on there thats not already on here. Take into account the fact that the last update was the 2nd preview video in June 09 and well it's gotta be dead.

At least Shogun 2 is coming out soon.

Your mod looks awesome though I think I'll hold on till the 1.1 patch. I konw that above it says 1.3 is out but cant seem to find it anywhere on fookunity downloads page

Looks like a problem I had with with Crysis in general. It never did that before, maybe Vista was having one of its many funny moments. I tinkered with with windows paging file and set to none + I restarted and all was well. Seemed to reduce hard drive access becuase I have lots of ram.

Your mod is very stable actually, all day I never experienced one crash with your mod. :)

The gameplay seems quite balanced, maybe a bit of tinkering is required but all in all you have done a great job of reviving the mech warrior franchise. VTOL's need some tinkering. You need a button that makes them descend not just ascend. They work more like a helicopter at the moment.

I agree with the guass weapon comment but I think you should keep the range. They are and still should be the long range snipers of the battlefield. But a touch more power to the shots wouldn't hurt, not too much though.

Be nice to see custom loadouts in the future. I always liked Mechwarrior games for that. Experimenting with the many parts and weapons...etc

Well you have my vote! It already feels like a commercial release, its fun and the presentation is top notch. Keep it up.

Darn it been wanting to try this for ages but it wont work. I get a crash to desktop as soon as I join a server. Or sometimes I can spectate for a bit and when I join a team it crashes. Wish there was some way I could send an error log but dont know if its possible in cry engine. Will have to wait for another patch I think :(

Well said SalmonGod, the amount of comments nagging for updates is ridiculas. Its ready when its ready, thats what I say. People should be glad that modders take time out of their days unpaid to bring gamers these mods. I would think the last thing they need is pain in the arse comments.

Is there an issue with hitboxes like in vanilla? For instance in vanilla you can duck behind cover, pop up shoot then within about half a second duck again. Within that time the hitboxes still register you as ducked. Therefore it is impossible to kill someone using this technique.

I learned this from a guy I was playing eve online with. He is near the top of the leader boards on BF2142 and experienced this myself when i went toe to toe with him on BF2142.

Hope this is no longer an issue with this mod, please confirm.

Hattrick! Yeah sorry bout that, got exited about this mod and had a lot to say. Only just got back into this fantastic game. Cant help but too mention things to make it better. maybe some of my ideas are a bit over the top. Such as ranking sytem for F War + Green Camo ghillie suit. I've since tried Clear Sky and faction wars are in that any way.

Here are some things I'd really like to see added to your mod:

Proper faction wars, you should be able to join each faction. Do missions, gain ranks & rewards. Bribe your way into clearing bad blood between you and a faction. Can do missions for 1 & still be able to join another without them shooting you on site. Done via NPC that you pay money to bribe whichever faction (First trader probably best).

I'd really love to see small outposts added to the maps that the factions fight over for control. Tug of war so that if a faction has control over a certain outpost then they next attack the others main base. Range of missions could be:

Various assasination missions.
Abushing a hostile patrol.
Helping an abushed friendly patrol
Assault Outposts and Bases.
Various Defending Missions.

This would be so cool!

I really hope scopes and custom weapon attatchments are made available at all main traders. These should be expensive but at least if you save up you could have decent scope for NATO style guns early on. Say when you first get to Duty camp.

Laser Sights are a must! Increasing accuaracy. I'd love to also see a Shotgun attatchment for assualt rifles made available at traders for a hefty price.

A touch more realalism for weapons. I never understood why a NATO gun was more powerfull than an AK47 which has a bigger more powerfull round. Yeah NATO guns are more accuarate but not more powerfull.

A couple of weapons I'd love to see are light machine guns such as the Russian PKM and the American SAW.

Sleep is a feature missed out and with your mod being called LURK with some focus on stealth play you should get this is your mod. You could sleep off the day in preperation for a night time assault. Speaking of stealth play there is a shoot lights out mod which works brilliantly. You can really get a tactical edge from this.

I'm so dam impressed! I used to love this game but sold it after completion probably 2 years back. You know I bought a copy from steam again, just to play your mod! Gonna give that LURK mod a go when released as well.

I'm up to the Duty camp now and so far so good. Loving the new AI tweaks, much better now. Graphics are fantastic now too, great work. Gun Sounds are more beefy. Better accuracy is a nice addition. Overall I really like it, much better than the vanilla game.

My problem is that the sleeping bag is not with me from the start and I cant find one. Also the repair tool, I have no idea where it is? Traders cant repair my gear either like promised. I was looking forward to these 2 improvements so was dissapointed there. Any suggestions to get this working? Please help.

I noticed that the HK gun shows a shotgun icon in the inventory screens. This should be fixed so its got its own icon.

My suggestions would be to add weapon mods like silencers, scopes, grenade launchers, master key (shotgun attatchement) and laser dot sights. So you could customise your guns. I'm pretty sure there is a mod such as this already so you just need to integrate it. You could have it so only main traders can mod your guns and should be very expensive.

Oh and of course more guns! Introduce more weapons for us to get our mits on. Main traders should have a wider selection of fire arms. Giving us much more scope and things to save up for with all our hard earned blood money.

Is this project closed now, or are you still adding and improving?

My rating is 9 out of 10 keep it up!

AI improvements sound fantastic. I always hated the fact I could'nt play stealthy. In fact all said improvements sound awesome.

My suggestions would be not to use AK47 with a high contrasting skin but more the brown / black version. I dont know if you've done this already. I would also like to see a proper M4A1.

Without playing the Lost Mod yet I cant comment but will surely take part in the poll on your blog.
