Since NES/Master System II times I collected nearly any console, kept my games and got a self build arcade machine in the kitchen (including MAME and a loooot of games). Music production started with ejay program's. Later I moved on to Fruity Loops/Studio, which I'm using until today. I really love the Stalker games and am fascinated from the zone. Here on moddb.com I try to keep up some sort of support for the German fanbase. If any of you modder guys out there thinks you need a German translation, send me a message. Would it be possible to get this working without any edits on the all.spawn?
I have several solutions for Clear Sky to manage this via scripts.

Its always a problem if a new version pops up so the all.spawn can not be used anymore.
While a script based solution will just continue working.

Its no problem to spawn a radio via script.
But I can not get the connection to the point where the sounds are added.

Maybe the creator stored the animation in a different _hud
Try copy over a few other _hud files and test them. The game only searches for a correct named animation. This filename seems to be not involved.

At least that is my experience^^

I'm getting an error message which causes trouble... or lets say it indicates a problem and I don't know where it comes from:

VERIFY_FAILED: xrstring.cpp[156] {str_container::dock} sizeof(str_value) + s_len_with_zero < 4096

Does anyone have an idea what good be the cause?
The game is modified and I don't know where to search for the troublemaker...

CoC has not much in common with the storyline of the original games.
I killed a mono rookie on my first visit in the agroprom underground the other day... adds a little bit more spice ;D

Right. And even after that it takes some time. I added several 'base squads' to a lot of location without causing issues with the jobs on the smarties.

Debugging msgs. Just ignore them.
1.5 bombs you with wrong sun directions at morning... leads to 30000 or more lines in the log. :D

Ok... checked the script and found the spot to modify. Now it spawns different anoms on each smart. Also added several more anoms for more variations. Works fine so far.

At the moment the script generates only one type for each smart or do I missunderstood it? But if its like that it would be nice if the anom type gets randomized every time an anom is generated on a smart. I added radio active fields and it feels like that on each smart is wheater a radio active spot or a gravi anom.

1) you can try setting both time factors to 1 but it might lead to problems

2) -dbg and in the main menu press S to open up the debug menu, the menu point on the right lets you choose levels and teleport into them

3) there is a dbg command for deleting all squads if I remember right, take a look at the pachtnotes

Problem is here that mutants also populate underground levels. And sometimes there are sooo freaking many of them down there, that its almost impossible to reach the final switch before the countdown and yeah... also the damage which is caused by too many phantoms. But you can lower it.

You maybe should wait a few hours ingame. At the beginning the places are always a bit empty. If you start north above the radar population is reduced due to the active radar.

Must be the combination of the mods. Never ran into those problems so far. Some mods really cause serious bugs like these.

Does not habe to do anything with win10. I'm running CoC since month on it without any problems caused by the OS.

Render or driver. And try default settings. Raise settings slowly and try again.

Oh well... as long as it is stable I should give another try. Adding other anomalies is not the problem. Took me 1 minute to find it out.

Installing other weapons caused my setup to crash in big levels due to memory problems...

Its a plugin... it should work.
Question for me is if it still causes trouble with the stability of CoC and if ever there will be a version with real dynamic anomalies.

Copied the lines to the 1.5 scripts and it works. Several changes have been made so the LCs can be optained by dialogs or placed and hidden objects like in NCL. :)

I never had such a crash with 1.5R6 so far.
Only a few log-less crashes when ... I guess ... squads should spawn.
