Since NES/Master System II times I collected nearly any console, kept my games and got a self build arcade machine in the kitchen (including MAME and a loooot of games). Music production started with ejay program's. Later I moved on to Fruity Loops/Studio, which I'm using until today. I really love the Stalker games and am fascinated from the zone. Here on moddb.com I try to keep up some sort of support for the German fanbase. If any of you modder guys out there thinks you need a German translation, send me a message. A typical night base attack^^

Had this the first time in the freedom base and had to think on the old trailer from SoC on military.... 'the crystal is in the camp!' and then the camera move across the mutant herd.

(I still would prefer more mixed variants of the attackers though...)

Using the middle graphic preset + -noprefetch does the trick for me.
I raised a lot of option at max again only everything that has to do something with the visibility or distance was not touched.
The game runs totally nice and the cemetery never made problems so far.

Well if the player paid enough attention he should be able to see it quite easily... Weather its asphalt or not.

I can see the benefit for a comparison but if folks still don't get it they might haven't paid attention before and might even not notice the difference at all.

I'm using the axr_battery.script from the misery mod. Until 1.4.22 it worked fine.
With 1.5 it doesn't seem to work any more. The script is loaded I get no lua errors from it but the log said something like 'unregistered shooter' or something like that which smells like the upd which is a weapon in some sort.

Will this feature be implemented, or can anyone help to get this feature running again?

Even if you decide to start the 1.5 you have to restart because the all.spawn in new.

Depends on the changes. But the all.spawn has been changed and several other things too, so yeah.. it might better to start again. And that is the downside playing a beta... live with it or don't play betas^^

Looking good so far. Most new features are working fine. The new setup for the traders is a bit complicated and you need to rethink certain things but I will get used to it. I can see the advantages^^

Good for an overview as well so I can now plan to migrate to 1.5.

The old level_changer are still in the all.spawn which leaves the feature of disabling active LCs quite useless. Too bad. :(

And the artefact_degradation.script still got no save package so loading a savegame will still reset the values.

What exactly is the reason why for being outdated?
I checked the files, merged necessary files and it looks fine so far.
Has been any of the indicator names changed? Until now I can't see any problems.

I haven't installed COP since it was released. And so I'm having the same installation since then. The OS changed several times and COC complains about a missing key, but it works. COP is not needed. This is also in the FAQ if I remember correctly.

Oh this might be related to a feature I build in for testing...

Look for the actor.ltx in gamedata\creatures, in it look for the following config strings and change them as posted:
radiati radiati

And yes, you should use the latest patch of course -> 1.5.10
