Since NES/Master System II times I collected nearly any console, kept my games and got a self build arcade machine in the kitchen (including MAME and a loooot of games). Music production started with ejay program's. Later I moved on to Fruity Loops/Studio, which I'm using until today. I really love the Stalker games and am fascinated from the zone. Here on moddb.com I try to keep up some sort of support for the German fanbase. If any of you modder guys out there thinks you need a German translation, send me a message. I hope I can fix this maybe by using the community patches. In rare cases it happens to me. But there was also something wrong with some scripts, which might have stopped working or something like that. I can remember some signs of failure before the save like strange acting AI, or triggers which won't work.

If you are in the marshes then its quite normal. Especially the CS base is eating frames... Later on, deeper in the marshes and other areas should be fine. And try not to force to much things like NVs SSAO, or MSAA from the driver. Experience told me that the engine might react strange to it and this slowdowns appear. If you want to max it out try using sweetfx with its AA. This worked a lot better for me.

It will be quite a change to the gameplay.
Since this changes I am ******** myself if a snork appears!
These bastards need a good shot at their mask, well placed.
Otherwise they won't take much damage and they need 2-3 hits to get you down.

So my last visit in X18 was quite a trip to survive in these narrow basement...

As strange as it looks, it looks the same way if you wearing a hoody. And there are quite a lot suits which are hooded. I guess I will add two options like disable the HUD complete and just disable the hood version.
