Cool thanks, I checked on the official website, google and even the wiki of stalker and yet I didnt find it. I must suck, lol! But anyway, I basicly have to create the whole freaking terrain in one big chunk before dropping it into the sdk?

The rest, such as bridge and building are in the SDK and can be placed afterward, right?

I forgot, Im wondering why nobody ever make NEW maps in stalker? Is mapping extremely tough in that game unlike HL2 for exemple? Also, where is the SDK? It certainly didnt come with my copy of stalker(steam) so where am i suposed to get it?

Imrpoving the equipement and advancing in the game is a big part of the fun. If you give us all the good toys up front, we get some fun for 2 minutes then its over, nothing else to look foward to.

Is there a full list of what you have/added changed? Because from the video I can see you added 2 weapons. I was hoping that this mod would improve the AI and events altogether but if there is random stuff that like new weapon that may imbalance gameplay Im a little less interessed.

But yeah, I hope you make the faction war a lot more interresting than it is in vannilla! :D

Just started clear sky for the third time yesterday with the complete mod... and damn its messed up. Faction war I mean, on vanilla, totally forgot how messed up it was. My screen is constantly spammed with message of attacking, canceling, defending, even tough some objective are on the complete oposite of the map and there is no way I can get there in time.

Also, is it me or the sawn off shotgun is almost worthless in CS compared to pripyat?

I would suggest that she witness the abuse of the combines, the trains and the jails, the way they are turning the population into slaves and soldiers. Once again, reinforcing why she want to leave populated areas. If your mod need a purpose, well it would be to explain the back story about what it is like to leave in a combine controlled city and why people dont want live in these kinds of conditions.

Most of the time she must sneak around dangerous areas, checkpoints and monsters. I would concentrate on the fear factor. Fear of being caught.

She could get help from the resistance half way through the game. Once in a while, witness freeman or alyx furtively. Just like the G-man in hl2.

Well, to make a long story short, did you see the movie ''children of man''. Well, I would do something in that vein.

What about you make a mod for the most recent stalker, right now its pripyat obviously, but take every areas from the preceding stalker and port them? I mean, if someone take the time to take all the zones and combine them all in one game, its going to be one hell of a big world. Populate them with NPCs and quests and then we get a brand new stalker game with as much content as we could dream of!

Perhaps, maybe, make a coop? I mean, like if it was a MMORPG... thats my dream really, that all the NPCs are players and people are fighting against and along players in the stalker universe...god damn that would be great.

Hmmmm, personnaly I really dislike ''lazer'' guns. Always hated it. Good hold ammunition sound and ''feel'' so much better I think. I dont know much about the terminator lore but from what I know I think only the machines used lazers...

Another thing is that there are a little bit too many explosion. No nevermind that, there are just enough explosion, but the constant fact that your aim get completly messed up by these must be really annoying. I mean, once every minutes or so its alright, but every 10sec... esssh.

Other than that, the atmosphere is really impressive and the models are not bad either. Minus the two little flaws that I mentionned above its really going to be great.

I managed to be a part of the bandits, then grind all the reputation of freedom, then Ive got back to the stalker faction to get their goddies too to finaly kill a duty member that was using a PK the only worthy weapon they give at maximum rep with them.

So, Ive got the G36, the exosuit from freedom and w/e the stalker were giving. So yeah, faction really need help, imo. :P

I believe all this stuff will happen after we completed the main quest line and we stick to the zone. At least it would leave more room for Beac to make w/e he want with the zone since the military are gones.

About the military stalker Im talking about these guys:

So yeah, If I was Beac, which I am not, I would make a MERC hub where they give differents missions in replacement for the normal stalkers hubs. I would add military stalkers in the role of the bandits.(give missions but enemy to everyone exeption of you and the military) After that, I would had a **** load of monolith and mutants for some actions and quest purposes. Then very few master stalkers.

Anyway, the zone itself is pretty small, did you plan on making it bigger? A path to the giant wheel maybe? :)

Other than that, yes indeed, pripyat was way too quiet. Im not sure if brigging in freedom and duty is a good thing tough as they are almost every where else in every games. Im kind of tired to see their face. Personnaly, if I had your talent, I would add a **** load of monolith patrols and MERCS.

We never get to work for the mercs a lot. That would be a change of pace, in my opinion. They always have mysterious goals and clients, but yet its never unfolded before us.

My 2 cents. :P
