It's probably not played because most server owners have it stuck in their heads that direct transition of a map from one gametype to another gametype is a terrible idea.
Personally, I agree with it, though I really want to see Hydro played more, I'm not sure if this is the best idea.

Otherwise it just seems like another attempt to make something that links people to games that is extraneous and simply eating up HD space and memory that we could be using to get slightly better fps.

Multiplayer sounds alright, but you say "Unfortunately, he's the slowest class, and has the lowest number of armor points too" for the Heavy? Doesn't the heavy usually have the highest number of armor points? Is this a typo?

The rain sounds started to bother me toward the end, maybe because I was paying so much attention to it...
But at one point it sounded a lot like water in a sink or tub as opposed to rain. (About 1 minute in is when I noticed it)

Also, I totally enjoyed this game, though it was extremely difficult on later levels. After the first 3 or 4 it felt liked the difficulty increased exponentially.

Check the folder you installed the mod into.
If it's Decadence, with a CAPITAL D, then you need to rename it to decadence, with LOWERCASE D.
I think this is only a problem with the non-torrented version?
There needs to be a way to kick someone if they are TKing a lot.

I was under the impression that time slowed to a stop (or nearly at a stop) while someone was in stasis, since it's hinted at in HL2. But it's your decision. Shouldn't be too hard to make his skin darker, though.
If you add blocklight, you'll get more realistic lighting, where the shadows on the floor look like the grill/grate of the sewer doors.
It'll look more realistic than it is currently, as I don't see much of a shadow coming from the grate.
Is this compiled with full vis and full rad?

and I recommend anyone who hasn't listened to the modcast should listen AND watch it (I didn't know there was video for a while, luckily I didn't miss much of the Iron Grip art!)
Anyway, after watching that video, I can't wait for the release. I was a bit concerned about how well it would look/play before, compared to Iron Grip: The Oppression, but I must say, from the video it looks great.

The angle is bad in this shot, you should have uploaded the one in your profile, JPE, it's a much better angle and looks generally more interesting.
The walls are a bit repetitive, especially the texture on the upper half of the walls. Lighting...you said you would fix, so I hope you'll release another update of the picture in the future!

You can see the whole station on the screen. You've just got to be obscenely far away from the station to see it all.

Anyways, I've got a few comments on it, the good and the bad...
Good: I like it, it sounds pretty good. It sounds like it would make a good theme song.
Bad: The beginning. The screeching part. When I just listen to it, it makes me cringe a bit. And it lasts for quite some time before the rest of the song starts actually playing. It does work, since you have lots of noises/things happening in the background, but it reminds me of someone ripping a large piece of paper in half slowly. No idea if I'm the only person who doesn't like this particular part...

It'd be a lot better with a few things..Since normal Nukes sort of blow everyone away, there wouldn't be much left for those mutated bodies, and they'd be in such pain that they wouldn't dare to try to shoot at you...Bleh, what do I know.
