It's probably not played because most server owners have it stuck in their heads that direct transition of a map from one gametype to another gametype is a terrible idea.
Personally, I agree with it, though I really want to see Hydro played more, I'm not sure if this is the best idea.
Posting here just in case no one reads this on the other:
"If you can find some way to make it so that players can see who is playing one of these mods or how many people have it installed and generate some type of system for organizing games on the older mods, I can see a future for this, otherwise I'm fine with sticking with Moddb."
Otherwise it just seems like another attempt to make something that links people to games that is extraneous and simply eating up HD space and memory that we could be using to get slightly better fps.

There's an awkward gun up in the top right of this picture.
I can't wait until this is released! Me and a friend had an amazing time tracking each other down in the older version.
Really curious at how weapons upgrading will affect gameplay.
Yeah, the boom isn't powerful enough.
That's what I meant by not big.
The boom wasn't that big, also I was kind of expecting more of a shockwave, like...some game had.
Can't exactly remember which one it was...
But visually it looks good. The boom was kind of weak for me, so it's good to hear you're working on the sound more.
I love the animation.
I also love the fact that the shell flies back really fast. Seems like it would be dangerous IRL, but made me laugh =P
I'm honestly confused to hell by the storyline you have up there, but since it looks like you guys are so far in production, I won't bring up anything.
Multiplayer sounds alright, but you say "Unfortunately, he's the slowest class, and has the lowest number of armor points too" for the Heavy? Doesn't the heavy usually have the highest number of armor points? Is this a typo?
Honestly, I'd probably put it at the bottom right, but I'm insane and not a coder.
Don't listen to me.
Set in 2010 implies that it's Obama, who is totally not reminiscent of Bush.
I'd push back the date or just make it an alternate reality, or just never say the date.
The rain sounds started to bother me toward the end, maybe because I was paying so much attention to it...
But at one point it sounded a lot like water in a sink or tub as opposed to rain. (About 1 minute in is when I noticed it)
Not sure if anyone agrees with that.
Actually a very good trailer. Honestly can say I'm glad that you guys have taken this and turned it into a reality. A+ work!
FYI: "You can check out their work-in-progress at www.dejobaan.com/aaaaa."
Has a . at the end, so it doesn't link properly.
Also, I totally enjoyed this game, though it was extremely difficult on later levels. After the first 3 or 4 it felt liked the difficulty increased exponentially.
EDIT: The other link has a comma in it.
I just read the description and I was wondering...how does the juggernaut get picked to be the juggernaut? Is it by vote?
This is looking so good already! Can't wait to see the finished product!
Check the folder you installed the mod into.
If it's Decadence, with a CAPITAL D, then you need to rename it to decadence, with LOWERCASE D.
I think this is only a problem with the non-torrented version?
There needs to be a way to kick someone if they are TKing a lot.
Currently there's no way, and it's just frustrating if there's a lot of people spectating.
FP just gets it a day early.
I've been expecting a 28th release this whole time anyway. Still wish they released it this week, since I've got so much free time.
I saw that coming, sadly. Good to hear everything is still alright with the mod!
I was under the impression that time slowed to a stop (or nearly at a stop) while someone was in stasis, since it's hinted at in HL2. But it's your decision. Shouldn't be too hard to make his skin darker, though.
If you add blocklight, you'll get more realistic lighting, where the shadows on the floor look like the grill/grate of the sewer doors.
It'll look more realistic than it is currently, as I don't see much of a shadow coming from the grate.
Is this compiled with full vis and full rad?
I actually saw the video on the modcast:
and I recommend anyone who hasn't listened to the modcast should listen AND watch it (I didn't know there was video for a while, luckily I didn't miss much of the Iron Grip art!)
Anyway, after watching that video, I can't wait for the release. I was a bit concerned about how well it would look/play before, compared to Iron Grip: The Oppression, but I must say, from the video it looks great.
Can't wait for a trailer or more videos whenever they are uploaded!
Sometimes it's better to leave the comments, since it shows how much of a troll/flamer/idiot/etc. you are. We can link to it later to show that your comments and opinions mean nothing at all.
Go back to work on your own mod and don't post comments unless you have constructive criticism. I still can't see why ZitaX and the other's have you around at all. (Also, you might want to mention to ZitaX that another update would get more people watching, it's been a month or two and I'm sure you guys have something to show for your work).
EDIT: Also, the name is a Half-Life 2 reference, and my horrible aim in CS:S and basically all FPSes. Your name implies you are a cactus.
The angle is bad in this shot, you should have uploaded the one in your profile, JPE, it's a much better angle and looks generally more interesting.
The walls are a bit repetitive, especially the texture on the upper half of the walls. Lighting...you said you would fix, so I hope you'll release another update of the picture in the future!
Also, don't mind vaynecactus, he's just being difficult and giving lax amounts of constructive criticism.
You can see the whole station on the screen. You've just got to be obscenely far away from the station to see it all.
I would have voted pink, but it keeps reverting to default sometimes.
I can't understand what you're saying, freredarme, I'm sorry?
The map looks alright, though it might look better if you gave the building in the center some more details.
Looking good, the retro style is interesting, and it looks a bit challenging. Could be fun! I'll probably give it a download.
He's asking if it's on the new Orange Box engine, which HL2: Epi 2, TF2, and Portal is on
if it's on the HL2: Episode 1 Engine.
There's a difference, so he's just wondering which one the mod is on. Unfortunately, there's no distinction on Moddb about which version of Source is being used..
