It's a feeble attempt at a Garrysmod Ripoff.

I can't believe that there's still four more chapters of this, I can't see how it could get any better. This "mod" feels more like a retail game. I wold gladly pay 30$ or more for a game like this. It introduces amazing concepts, and despite the fact that it's a free mod it executes them extremely well, like the inventory system and the endurance system.
It even features side quests, and it doesn't feel like a linear shooter. There's no reason anyone with a computer shouldn't play this, it's free, it's on the source engine and all you need is the free Source SDK Base 2007. What are you waiting for? Hit that download button!
