Damn I've already downloaded a couple of yours before! At the moment I've gone for more realistic solar systems, not maany systems have more than 4-5 planets on them And everything is further apart along with there being about 25 odd stars now. Everything is based off of a map thing I found of the UNSC systems. It's 4 player and has 2 Covenant and 2 UNSC, the main groups and their rebel counterparts ;)

Oh yeah, Its split into two maps, one with just UNSC and one with Covenant planets as well

Dude... Its cheating. Why don't you quadruple the amount of damage the UNSC ships do as well? That should just about even it up.

You could upgrade your hull points to max and then your capital ships will being going almost toe to toe with Any covenant ship.

Currently making a Halo universe based map. Will make two, One for Just UNSC space and one for both.

BUT Can anyone give me any decent tips? How to get it working properly etc. Would be appreciated!

The extremely long cool down is so after the ability that disables the weapons expires (235 seconds?) it doesnt recast the ability that prevents the platform from firing.

Basically, it works after the initial ability times out. The cool down prevents the ability being cast again. (I think)

Also; hot damn, AI enhancement mixed with the kinetic artifact makes SMACs insane. One hitting everything and the only way to counter is to spam strike fighters

If you have all sipporting ships you last a heck of a lot longer and do a LOAD more damage, sometimes before the enemy even has a chance to attack you

Ahaa, you shoulda played an earlier version. Then you'd see just how quickly ships went down.

But I like it like this, it promotes you to have a balanced unit roster, there seems to be a load of strike craft so anti-strike craft is needed, and UNSC against UNSC the mako is MASSIVELY helpful with their point defense. You have to think before you charge in or you just lose 3 quarters of your ship that you could of saved by destroying supporting ships.

Just one question do passive buffs stack? The AI buffs in particular

And honestly I think it'd be wise to hold off a release until you've got some form of aerial combat as that's a MASSIVE part of the game. Though I don't think I'm particularly qualified to give you any advice at all :p

It's due to the forums Looking as if they're fairly inactive if I'm honest. And yeah I did think a dashing motion would be better but didn't want to suggest MORE work ahaa. Whilst on the topic of more work change things up between the air and ground add dust to foot prints and the weird "cloud" affect in the air if that makes sense... This is purely cosmetic though so meh

Just saw in the forums it's undecided how to do the "Flight". Surely doing the same sort of thing as ESF would be a good idea but keeping the standard walking/running animation

The testing Tsar bomba had 50megatons but it had a potential yield of 100 megatons, they didn't use the casing that could increase its yield as they were worried about igniting the atmosphere or some crap (and the **** tonne of radiation it would have belched out), and from the fact that the blast wave could be measured on its 3rd trip around the world its understandable.

It's a turret ? It does not need to be fancy, it does not need a platform underneath it because in ME the guns (in theory) should have no recoil so they don't need a platform. A guns a gun it's there just to blow stuff up not to stare at in immense detail.

Is the Alliance still going to be part of the council races or separate ? Just cos in mass effect 3 the systems alliance has as much territory as the other council races.

Though this mod is amazing no matter what you do xD and don't do a Bioware and skimp out on major parts of the games to get an early release :p

Just want to know in terms of scaling, will the reapers be double the size of their counterparts ?

I say this as the normal size for a council dreadnought is 800-1000m long, and sovereign is about 2000m long and I'd think that sovereign would be a dreadnought as you'd leave a powerful ship behind to start the whole "cycle" thing again so it doesn't fail. So the reaper frigate would be at least twice the size etc. (and the collector cruiser is huge compared as well)

Wow, just wow. Fantastic and quick work if i'm honest i didn't think that this would ever get near finishing (as most people can't follow through with mods), but wow you've basically finised D: the work rate you and your team are pumping out is phenomenal ahaa. Keep up the good work !!

This aint lasting long because the model and textures are ripped. So basically expect a demand to shut it down or a law suit. But they might of de-nazified though so yeah.. lets hope
