The best possible advice I think anyone could give is this. Take everything they did in the last 3 or 4 Silent Hill games and do the exact opposite.

gamepad is fine! i just, cant shoot or move diagonally (rumblepad2 and other)

NEEDS proper gamepad or mouse support, using keyboard is just a nightmare. Otherwise flawless.

Having trouble configuring my Rumblepad 2, I used "joystick enable" but I still cannot remap the keys and the default layout for the controller is pretty unusable.

no word in three months makes me very sad inside

so far so good, but i hate how you select game modes and weapon sets at the start, by manually typing them in, you need some kind of guide or good memory to remember everything. it should be set up like the n64 menus before the game starts. a dropdown menu or something to select pistols/automatics etc and license to kill/live twice... typing it in manually is really stupid. everything else though, no complaints.

do the zombies attack like zombies and make sounds like zombies or do they still spin-kick and punch at you while saying the same quotes as in the original game like that other zombie mod

needs to be able to sock people (kids) into space, none of this taking 10 hits to drop a mere mortal crap

how do you get godmode to work? i loved the mod but i seriously spent hours and hours in the hospital running out of health and batteries pretty much sitting in the dark waiting to die, i can normally get through just about anything but this kind of pushes me past my conceivable limit

yeah amazing job but it would be more fun team vs team instead of 1 person vs everyone else

man i seriously cannot wait for this, kudos on working by yourself on a project of this scale, i'm sure it's a load of work. so far it looks great, the atmosphere and music really captures the mood of dawn. (one minor note, the moon is tiny and floating above the roof, it should be in the skybox)

did the vista fix and got it to run, but no one can see my hosted games, i thought the fix would allow non-vista users and vista users to play together, but it doesn't seem to be the case. any advice? (besides getting rid of this POS operating system)
