What is happening?
A pulse nailgun "reflective" spike is somehow stuck in a wall and continuously executing a reflection action.
It is likely a quake c code change would fix this. I leave it in because its an old painkeep anomaly and kind of cool. They also tend to happen rarely and the spikes will still do damage if touched.
