Logic test results - the zero cases

Just a simple quake-c logic test - given a zero value and non-zero value indicate how different logic statements evaluate.
The main point is simpler code takes less space in progs.dat and uses less compiler resources while producing the same result.
This is part of the research for qc++ v106 RECODED.
