(In No Particular Order)

  • Link: Trickster Online
  • Description: (From the Website:) Trickster Online is the ultimate MMORPG for adventurers from all over the world on a mysterious island hidden in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Following the sudden death of the eccentric billionaire and founder of the world’s largest game company, Megalo Company, the Trickster game was begun. Following the final request of the recently deceased legend, Don Cavalier, Megalo Company established the world’s largest and most advanced virtual reality game. The game covers the entire island of Caballa, and only by joining the game can one hope to unlock the mystery of the late Don Cavalier’s true final wish.

  • Link: Tales Of Pirates
  • Description: Downloading right now, gonna test it and tell you guys how it is.

  • Link: Risk Your Life 2: Incomplete Union
  • Description: Another Hack'n'Slash, Level-Up lots MMORPG, nothing really origonal in this. I played up until level 42. I only got tired of it because the quests are pretty much all about killing things and getting rewards, which I don't mind entirely. I just wish there other kinds of quests. Yet, it is a free game, thus it will be on this list for people to check out.

  • Link: OGPlanet
  • Description: OGPlanet only has 3 games on the website at the moment, but two of them really caught my eye. Actually, theres one I already knew about, "Albatross 18", which is an awesome Online Golf game re-released for the Nintendo Wii as "Super Swing Golf". But I noticed the other game they have on there, "Rumble Fighter", which looks kind of interesting. I don't know much about that one though.

  • Link: LaxeLore
  • Description:LaxeLore is a new game currently in alpha stages with a sign up and play option. From the creators of Priston Tale.

  • Link: Game&Game
  • Description: Like OGPlanet, Game&Game is a central hub that hosts a lot of free games for the community. Check them out!

  • Link: Nexon USA
  • Description: Known as a Korean game development and distribution company, Nexon has released many popular names, such as Mabinogi, Talesweaver, Zera, and much more. Currently, the international site only has Maplestory and Dance Audition Online, but they will be translating the rest soon.

  • Link: Granado Espada
  • Description: A free game, but currently in Beta Testing. Will be free forever after beta. In my opinion, the AI idea for your party is kind of dumb, because then they automatically attack monsters that someone else is attacking, and its pretty much just about fighting. But thats just my thoughts.

  • Link: Kwondo
  • Description: Kwonho, an online Fighting Game, that looks very interesting with fairly good graphics. You might have heard of Ijji when they released "Gunz: The Duel", as a free internation game. Kwonho will be free to play on release. However, there is an option to use real money for "ijji" joins, which will allow you to buy clothing, items, etc for your character. Also other games available with Ijji, so check it out!

  • Link: Dofus Online
  • Description: I heard it's fun, but I never really tried it. Free though.

  • Link: Entropia Universion
  • Description: Now, believe it or not, you CAN make real money in this game, but it does cost you starting out, because unless you can make some nice friends, you'll need to buy some starting equipment. The currency in the game is called "PED", and 10 PED = 1 US Dollar. They explain more about it in the gameplay videos, which show a very descriptive walkthru. Check it out.

  • Link: Voyage Century
  • Description: I'm sure many of you have heard of now, Voyage Century is a free online "Pirate-Fantasy" like game, like that of Granado Espada, but on a ship. Fairly nice graphics, but i've never tried it.

  • Link: Acclaim
  • Description: Acclaim, you might remember them going bankrupt, but they came back, and to say they make games is a little inaccurate. Actually, their first 3 games were Korean games, but translated (Dekaron = Korean --> 2Moons = English, etc). However now they are working on a Secret Project, which isn't really secret anymore, that I'm apart of, since its a community made project.

  • Link: Fiesta
  • Description: Games Fiesta is a cartoon-themed MMORPG recently confirmed to be translated for International release. Looks fun, and will probably be free like the Chinese and Korean versions.

  • Link: Savage: The Battle For Newerth
  • Description: You all know about Savage I'm sure, but it definitely needed to be on this list. I thought it was really fun, and I look forward to Savage 2.

  • Link: FEAR Combat
  • ~~You also need the CD Key in order to play this game.

  • Description:F.E.A.R. Combat is the multiplayer component of the full game, offered as a free download. The game offers full features and includes 10 different game modes where you can play on 19 different maps and use all 12 weapons. To play, you have to register for the free version on the website. After that, you can even play against players who bought the full version of F.E.A.R. It includes all the updates, additional official maps and additional official game modes all in one downloadable file.

  • Link: War Rock
  • Description:War Rock is a free massively multiplayer online, modern tactical first person shooter (FPS) where players have the option to purchase a wide variety of gameplay enhancing items, services, and products or play the game as it is without ever paying a dime. War Rock is populated by thousands of players at any given time in servers all over the world.

  • Link: Ultimate Baseball Online
  • Description:Ultimate Baseball Online is a free online game where you create a character and choose their position on the field (Catcher, Pitcher, 1B, 2B 3B, Shortstop, RF, LF, CF), and either do some Spring training or go play a game against other people in a game of baseball. You can choose whether to play for 3, 6, or 9 innings, and there's also a few different fields to choose from. Think of it like a Baseball RPG. Every hit you make, every base you steal, and every game you win, you're building your character's stats up to a very high level where you can go from the Minors to the Majors to the All-Star to MVP material. The replayability factor is humongous, which helps since this is the only MMOSG (Massive Multiplayer Online Sports Game) out there.

  • Link: Gunz Online
  • Description:GunZ is not your ordinary gun-wielding fighting game. It allows you to imitate a famous hero, create your own fashion style, and perform a number of different actions such as shooting or stabbing whilst running and jumping on the walls. What makes GunZ ever better than other games is the fact that the game is available online to all users.

  • Link: Ground Control
  • Description: Ground Control is a Post World War III RTS. Set in 25th Century, All countries/nations have come into unison through a One-World political/Totalitarian System. You play one of the money hungry Corporations that is trying to take down the competition.

  • Link: Dispatch of Army
  • Description: Its just a free CS clone with Vietnam Elements. A Wet-Dream come true for some.

  • Link: Marathon Trilogy
  • Description: Marathon is a series of science fiction first-person shooter computer games from Bungie Software originally released for the Apple Macintosh. Halo is the Spiritual Sequel to Marathon.

  • Link: Soldat
  • Description: Everyone knows Soldat, but it felt like a worthy mention none the less. If you aren't familiar with Soldat its basically CS, Unreal Tournament, and Max Payne with a touch of Worms all rolled into a 2D shell. Lots of fun.

  • Link: Kingsborn
  • Description: A German FPS. Theres an English Patch.

  • Link: Inside the Beast
  • Description: You must go Inside The Beast and fight through his minions before he can unleash his evil on the world. You must succeed where your two best friends failed. When they failed, the Beast buried their hearts in concrete markers. Destroy their markers and retrieve their hearts to give yourself more lives. That will be your only assistance while you fight ghosts, skeletons, zombies, mad axmen, mutants, and more. Instead of killing Quake in this you have to kill "The Beast".

  • Link: Realm Wars
  • Description: A fantasy themed first person style action game that emphasizes massive team combat on an epic scale. Players can choose a race, customize your abilities and your appearance with an impressive array of weapons, armor and items -- then prepare for battle.

Space travel became a reality in the year 2010 and Earth spread out far and wide and populated every planet it found. People did not believe in another life form but they were wrong to. The bugs retreated back from the Humans, building up their forces and waiting to strike.

  • Link: Last Chaos
  • Description: (From the Website:) Last Chaos is an on-line role playing game where thousands of players can simultaneously be connected, fight and upgrade their courage and battle skills through adventures, quests and crafting skills with fellow adventurers. It is set in the land of Iris, a place where anarchy, terror and ambition reign after an epic struggle between the Gods.

  • Link: Deicide Online
  • Description: 16 Classes to choose from, but you start as a normal Novice-like class. To become one of the 16 classes, you need to level up a base skill. There are 4: Close Attack, Ranged Attack, Light Magic, and Dark Magic. You level up each by using the weapon and/or skills for that class. The graphics aren't spectacular, and the 5.1 3d surround edited Christian Music when you enter the world, was getting annoying (Why christian music you ask? God only know, and I didn't mean to pun that.............PLEASE DON'T CRUSH ME!!!) But if you can get past the low quality graphics, semi-acceptable animations, and terrible music score, I guess it can be an ok game? I'm currently playing it, so join in if you'd like, my character is "Somatara". Oh, thats another thing; Chatting in this game sucks. I hope you read really fast, because once the bubble over someone's head is gone, so is your chance to read it, FOREVER!!!!!!!! >_>

Thanks for the games. I added them to the list above. Perhaps in the future, I'll categorize them by their genre. :)

Hmm, a new thread. Good idea, it was getting a little un-organized for a while. So we just keep adding games here and it gets added to that list?

I just remembered one that I had downloaded once.
FreeOrion...basically made a new engine for the original Master of Orion. Worth checking out; maybe some people around ModDB could help speed along parts of the project they're lacking in.

I would like first to apologize if I bring chaos around here with this post, but instead of the gunzonline.com website should be Ijji.com or more precisely gunz.ijji.com. Why, you may ask? Well, because the game client on the gunzonline.com is older one and you can't play it. You need to download around 165Mb from gunz.ijji.com and install that. The game itself is like quake/UT: shoot, jump with one addition - stab/slash. And wall walking. And combos of the before mentioned and unmentioned. By create character they mean select one of the 4 or so classes (like in Battlefield PC game series, for instance): each class has it's own primary/secondary weapon, item, and inventory. Graphics are average 3d (nothing spectacular there, for this 2 days of playing). Sound/music is something you'll almost not notice at all. Finding someone who knows english seems tougher than the gameplay itself (by the way, it is near impossible to find a lobby/channel with training server created that you can join). This game is for those that can't(but would like to) play quake/UT online, therefore, if you enjoy shooting/slashing/stabbing while jumping/displacing (instant moving from, say point "a" to point "b" by double tapping one of the directional keys W A S D)/rolling/wall-walking and similar, you may find this game entertaining. And those were the GOOD news.

The bad news is: remember when I recommended for games in list like this one in this topic to have an additional warnings (e.g. special system requirements)? Well, here comes several: downloading was fast (if you have fast internet connection, that is) and installing went without any problems. But to play it - that is a different story: first of all, you'll need MS Internet Explorer. With it, create your account and log in at the Ijji.com. Sooner or later (depending on your MS Internet Explorer/anti-virus/anti-spyware/firewall security settings) it will ask you to download and install a ActiveX plugin for your browser. Why? Because with it will try to confirm are you logged in and if so, ActiveX will run GunzLauncher from your installation folder to check for game updates and updates for nProtect software that came with the game (and runs in background to prevent cheating and maybe misusing game to hack someones PC, although not quite sure about that one). So if everything is alright, a small window will appear offering you the "start game" (how original :) :) :) ) button, press it, chose server, look for lobby/channel, join or create and there you go.

IMPORTANT INFO: Some anti-virus products may block ActiveX from installing, detecting it like some kind of trojan. That is NOT true. IT IS A FALSE POSITIVE. If you don't believe me (and you shouldn't believe to just anyone, especially to some stranger from moddb. like me, right? ;) ) google for it - eventually you will find the post at the free-av.com (at least I found explanation there, maybe you'll find somewhere else something about that plugin. If you don't know who are free-av.com, well they are the producers of the free anti-virus) where the official verdict is that the plugin is false-positive. I have it installed and, for now, there aren't any problems. NOTE: you will not be able to play this game if you don't have installed that ActiveX.

P.S. I don't want to bother, but I think that Gpotato.com is missing from the list and it is the official webpage for several Gala-Net MMORPGs, although I saw some of their downloadable game clients hosted on the links posted above, but then again, better for the gpotato.com to be posted, I think.

Hello everyone, sorry to bother you, but in the previous thread I'm the last poster, so to avoid double-posting and bumping, here comes somthenig that was out of the list, but is now out to download. I'll just give a link to 3rd party website that hosts this game files (although there are other websites you can download from, this one is in my opinion among the best): Gamershell.com For those who wants to know, it is CellFactor: Revolution Free Full Game.

P.S. I don't like to bug people around, but why there isn't gpotato.com portal on the list? It just got a new game, and they are preparing to release another one soon - so they have, like, 6 games in total just on their website.
