Yep, because it's not animated yet nor affected by the tilting. I can though only fix this after I got rid of some failed IK experiment in the tail :/

Description

Sean in action on a bumpy terrain using the animator geared for tilting both up-down and left-right. Important to note is that the first person view always looks forward where you want it to be no matter what slope you are standing or walking on. This way you have a pleasant first person view while having a relatively realistic motion while using the chase or movie camera.
