The Cyclone Game Engine is a cross-platform 2D/3D game engine built upon MonoGame and the XNA Framework to help make it easier and save time creating games. The engine is still in its infancy stages of development. It is primarily built to serve the needs of Steel Cyclone Studios' game projects. More updates are coming so stay tuned!!!
Jordon Lavelle McClain aka Jdawgg made significant improvements to the Cyclone Engine's Sky-box system. Before the skybox would rotate too much wherever the player looked. Now it stays in place and the visuals have improved since then. Next Jordon would like to animate the clouds hopefully and have a day & night cycle functioning. The overall visuals and sun are looking pretty impressive. Next, Jordon will add a lens-flare effect for the sunlight.
