A Star Wars/Dark Forces themed gameplay mod for GZDoom. Taking elements from both Star Wars cannon and legends. Replaces all weapons, enemies and items with Star Wars themed assets. Gameplay is changed quite a lot, but attempts to keep some of the balance of Doom. Most projectiles are 3d models of Star Wars blaster effects. Infighting is also rare and usually only happens between imperials, aliens and bounty hunters (they won't attack their own team). The Icon of Sin is also replaced with a more traditional boss enemy, Emperor Palpatine. You can play as Kyle Katarn or Mara Jade and find lightsabers and unlock force powers, or you can start off as a Jedi. You can also go without the force and play as a rebel trooper or smuggler, each with their own starting weapons, or even go adventurous as the Mandalorian armed with a wrist launcher that boasts several different abilities.

Dude I really want to use this with Star Wars and it just won't work. The Zmovement menu comes up fine and the game boots with Jumping allowed, but no matter what options I choose, the player just jumps standard height. No dashing, walljumpng, etc. This happens with all star wars wads and pks, like Darkest Hour, Star Doom Wars, Space Wars, and Darkest Hour Prequel pack. It works fine in regular doom, brutal doom(I used original Zmovement patch for those). Tried both Zmovement and the StarWars Zmovement patches separately and it still won't.

Is there some global option I need to sort of unlock Zmovement's ability in-game to bypass standard jumping defaults? =/ I've changed all I think would help in the gameplay and misc. options menu.

Seems that this patch might have been made for an earlier version or something. Initially I wasn't going to touch this addon since it was made by someone else, but I figured I'd do an update on this myself since it wasn't working and it's been a long time.

This should work now with v2.9. The Mando's grapple hook weapon is removed since this mod has a better built in one for all classes, and for some reason starting with it crashes the game.
