Half-Life: Yellow-Shift Is a Half-Life Modification that is Inspired by Blue-Shift and Opposing-Force's Idea of Different POVs from the Black Mesa Incident. In the mod you play as Kevin Camon, a regular Janitor on the job when the Resonance cascade begins. You'll fight through vents, through sewers, through offices and so much more to get your Freedom.
New Update out, more coming soon. Have fun with the current content and remember to visit the website!
Fun Trivia

  • That Header Image is also used in the Main Menu.
  • It is an edit of the original Blueshift Image.
  • That Vest and Helmet are stolen off a dead body.
  • Kevin is black.
  • That image took me an hour.
  • The Blurring of the helmet is unfixable and due to photo-manipulation. But will be tweaked to minimize distortion.

Spring Horizons

Hey Everyone. It has been a long time since any of us have really touched based with you guys on anything. Whether it be from our website to MODDB to Twitter or Youtube. We have been really silent. Sadly, not of all of this silence has been to keep a tight-knit secret (Like say rebuilding Black Mesa) but rather. We've been busy with our own lives and own projects outside of Half-Life, that we haven't had a lot of time to focus our efforts on Yellow-Shift. But not all is lost, for just like Gordon Freeman. We too harness the power of Saving Determination.

In the upcoming weeks, you all will be getting a nice amount of media to feast your eyes on, starting today with some work in progress map screenshots. These are early in the game and will be containing a big twist that leads to an even bigger surprise, that we won't show. We'll let you figure that out once it happens!

In the end, I hope you all enjoy these small updates to let you know the mod is still active, I'd suggest you all check out our main website too. (YS Section almost completed), as it will be more active than MODDB and is also a great (but small) community for modding.

Schools out for summer!

This mod is dead. The author passed on his maps to me several years ago. You can actually see some areas of it in my "Military Duty" mod.

Oh damn, that's quite sad... thanks for the info, It's been nearly 9 months since I hadn't checked out the page of this mod,
anyways, because the dev. kept telling us he would work on it when he would have some free time.
"Yellow Shift" could have been the best of some Janitor-centered HL1 mods, IMHO, Case Closed, Cleaner's Adventures...

Too bad for us.

Looks fun. Seems simple enough to feel like an official Half-Life game.
