Greetings!
Almost 2 years in the making, Chapter 5 is now playable from start to finish. Although, it still needs more work with fixing bugs, polishing some details and adjust the overall difficulty.
So, no demo will be announced any time soon. But in the meantime, i'm gonna share some of the progress regarding the design of the chapter:
Old Chapter 5 Intro - December 2022
Redesigned Chapter 5 Intro - August 2024:
The old intro of the chapter was a bit lacking and uninteresting; so with the redesign, the outside is now expanded, with a better sensation of being in a outside place with some story element highlighting the Grunts struggling with the Xen army.
Old Warehouse - January 2023:

With the redesigned, same as the prior screenshots; highlight the chaos and wreckage that the grunts and the Xen armies are leaving. and also, introduce some of the verticality that will become more prominent in this chapter.

Rather than a redesign, most of the map it's still intact after a year ago, i've just added more desert ground and another building so it doesn't feel big for no reason.
Up until this point, most of the screenshots seen in the article regarding the updated demo is still intact, so there's no point in showing them again, so instead, i'll jump on a few unseen screenshots:

That should be it. The overall duration of the chapter is roughly 1 hour and a few minutes, played in Medium difficulty and using most of the keycards. It can be longer when it's played on Hard, not using any keycard and have to scavenge ammo breaking crates.
And since it's not tested on Hard, i won't release a demo until most of the bugs and the difficulty are sorted out. Once finished with the polishing state, i will release a demo and start working with the last chapter of the mod and hopefully, the final release. So, stay tuned for more news.

It's looking impressive
Sincerily, this mod is the best i ever played, is fully Half-Life vanilla sense, the details about others histories that they play at the same time in a perfect order, the expanded arsenal, the custom voices of the npc's, the design of the maps, all are perfect! I like a lot this mod! ♥︎
On insecure03b, there's space between rock and tunnel exit floor where, if you go in there, you get stuck (-92 x, -143 y, 11 z)
Just finished it, very good MOD and very clean level design with big areas, I like it becaise in general the mappers doesn't make maps so big.
The wrong part for me it's that the goals a very repetive and always the same (looking for a card to open a door, put the light generator on).
And to finish it could have been nice to use new textures and more variety areas than the same Half-Life Classic design. But this part is moe personnal.

Very important : you have to fix the number of rockets when the player fight the Apache, I played on hard using rpg ammo in the complex and when I got back to the area when the Apache appeared I had a lack of ammo to finish it. Had to use cheat codes to kill him and go ahead.

Just finished the demo. Amazing work with everything. Really looking forward to playing the full version. This has got a lot of potential with the classic half-life atmosphere, and great level design. SPOILERS ahead: The optional areas with the keycards is such a cool addition too.
