TOTAL COMMAND, will be the realization and fulfillment of a number of ideas, wishes, and what if’s I have had concerning the Battlezone (1998) game in combination with Battlezone II Combat Commander. It is intended to be a ‘Battlezone II-ification’ of Battlezone (1998) by adding its races to Battlezone II alongside the ISDF and Scions, and provide a unique and alternative vision of Battlezone (1998) in a fully acknowledged Battlezone II environment.
It will give me the opportunity to try things with Battlezone (1998), and share them with you, including:

- Battlezone II style gameplay and mechanics (larger armies, build-tree, BZ2 economy, re-deployable base units).
- New unit types (What if the NSDF and CCA had service vehicles, or bombers?).
- New playable races (What if the Furies were a fully realized and playable race?).
- Featuring 6 races: NSDF, Black Dogs, CCA, CRA, Furies, and introduces the Crimson Bears Brigade.
- Added or altered visual effects (unit and building animations, BZII headlights, thruster flames).
- Higher-poly models and High-res textures (than BZ1 or BZII) with an alternative look to familiar units.
- (tentative) Personal variations and tweaks to the SP missions that would take into account all of the above and include re-envisioned, newly built and detailed maps.
It’s never been my intention or goal to be better than the original (or 98 Redux), or become “the alternative” vision. It is my intention that this be an experience that is both comfortably familiar while uniquely different than any made available for Battlezone II or Battlezone (1998) before.
Some might say, “Battlezone is supposed to be…” I say, “Suppose it were different.”

I made it to the final Chinese mission and can't seem to trigger a victory. I've completely destroyed the entire Soviet base inside the fortress save the two lightning generators behinds barriers of MITS mines. I've brute forced 3 groups of bombers past the mines but cant kill the generators, their health seems to instantly repair when they take any damage. I've dropped Day Wrecker Bombs and them and they do no damage. How on earth am I supposed to beat this mission? There seems to be nothing left to do and the only buildings left apparently are invincible. There are two Chinese Howitzers on the wall but they are under enemy control and I can't order them to fire. There's no way for me to get on the wall to snipe the pilots. Have I triggered a bug maybe?

It isn't until next year when it'll release, but given how early in development your mod is, is it possible for you to add this to the workshop for it?
After over a year-and-half after restarting this this mod, all of the Main Battle Tanks are completed. See production renders in images.
Next up will be the minelayers.

I'm guessing that, for the Black Dog and Crimson Bear Brigade, you've got their tanks done as well, right? *if not, I'm sure they'll be ready a lot quicker than the default tanks,..., just gotta change the skin*

Since the unofficial expansion pack of battlezone 2, as well as Forgotten Enemies, managed to get aircraft working, is there a chance that you can implement this into the mod? I know it'd be more work, but if there are gonna be aircraft involved, I'll be all over it. Plus, it'll get more views for the mod.

I'm aware of the aircraft, and some of the other things that didn't get into the game, and some of it may show up, but I still have a lot to do for the things that need to be in the mod, so I can't really make a public commitment to specifics at this time.
That's all I wanted to hear from you. Knowing they are considered is good enough of an answer for me for the mean time. *to be honest, before I saw this comment, I realized that the BD support craft is the scrapped Nightingale*
If you do decide on aircraft, please consider something closer to the old concept art, those unused N64 models are just... just not good templates.
