I realize development has stopped, but I've put ~400 hours into this submod alone and have zero issues. It's incredible!

That said, does anyone know how to disable enemies routing? Once I have a decent army with my ranged troops leveled, the enemy routes way too soon for my tastes. Yes I have googled but I can't find something that works for G:DE and/or RI. Thanks!

If I don't want to use WSE, is there a way to find out what features I'll be missing out on/will the game work at all? I played like an hour before it began complaining that I should use WSE, but it was working fine.

I'm just stopping by to say that I have 1,122 hours in Warband according to Steam, of which 700+ are in Gekokujo: DE. Discovering this "continuation" mod after a disappointing 200-hour detour into Bannerlord is like receiving a gift the day after your birthday by a rich relative who forgot.

Can someone give me a quick rundown of the arrow types? For example to bodkin arrows actually pierce armor? Thanks!

First time playing and I chose monk. I do zero damage to even villagers, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Playing with all patches.

Ah, poop. So is there any real Imperial/Shogunate faction dynamic or is it roleplay only? I don't mind just curious if there's something I should be aiming for other than shooting samurai in the face with a revolver. Thanks for the reply and hard work!

Also, is there a legitimate way to get a Spencer rifle/carbine anymore? Using all the patches.

I've only just started playing this, but when 1868 rolls around is there some kind of Imperial restoration that occurs? Like does a faction emerge?

Is Freelancer in the game yet?

Why is it that when I defend my own villages I'm the one who starts on the low ground outside and the enemy--who is attacking--gets the high ground inside the village?

I've discovered that I'm truly retarded, please disregard my comments from now on.

I've started a playthrough using leaf bombs, but any time I directly hit an ally (not the gas field, but him them precisely with the "shell") they turn into an invincible enemy and the battle won't end unless I retreat.

YES! Thank you so much, and also for the fast reply! I thought I was going to go mad just from hearing those lines overlapping each other repeatedly during hour long battles.

Another question, is there a particular strategy for armor penetration/dealing reliable damage in the early game, or am I just supposed to rely on my guys to do the heavy lifting?

Is there a way to disable shouting dialogue lines during battle? Standing in an archery row I feel I'm losing sanity.

Does this require Albion Prelude or will it work fine with TC?

I do, yeah. I really like the ambient fighting which is why I still have it installed. Adds to the atmosphere in my opinion, and playing on master with the warfighter and damage mods makes walking even fifty feet dangerous.

That said, if I can't play without a faction, is there a way to prevent my faction from declaring peace or war?

No prob m80. I just knew how annoying they were for me, thought it might help others.

Is there a way to play factionless? I chose bandit, but I'm so tired of my faction going to peace with people I want to shoot. And then, of course, when I shoot them anyway I lose rep.
