No Megaphones addon

I replaced all the megaphones with empty .ogg files. Also the sound of the little whirring fan at the trader's in the Clear Sky swamp base and the baby crying in Lab X-8. If I missed any let me know.

INSTALLATION:
1) Merge gamedata with (your games directory)/S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Chernobyl/
2) To remove you'll have to reinstall the game, unless you backed up the individual files (or the /sounds/ folder, which is much simpler). List of the files I replaced is below (all in the /sounds/ directory):
