I don´t know why, but the USA flag is a red circle with a withe background (looks like Japans flag). I looked into the files and copied the USA_republic.tga flag from another mod. But the flag remains "Japans" flag.
That´s very weird.

I downloaded version 0.4 and moved it into Victorias mod folder. But the game crashes every time during the start screen. What is the problem?

How is it possible to get access into the forum?

I can´t get this mod to start.
I downloaded the Launcher and runned it.
So now I clicked "Install" and let the files download. After a while I deleted all the files the FAQ is saying and tried to start.
"Technical difficulties...
You encountered a serouis error"
In the error log stand only this" Reason Uncaught Exception during initialization"
What did I wrong?
