A small hotfix, bringing most notably a fix to american decisions not adding cores, as well as adding some flavor for sweden and russia
[bugfixes]
-fixed conquest decisions not giving cores
-small fixes to pretty much all decisions, making them work properly and stopping them from cousing pontetnial crashes
-fixed modifiers localization
-fixed icons for modfiers from events such as "unrest umong the high spheres"
-new spain borders corrected
-fixed the port issue in persian provinces
-fixed austria not reaciving some provinces in partition of poland
-fixed the "bastion of liberty" appearing only for usa and louisiana

-some new decisions for sweden, as well as events regarding rulers and age of liberty

-new map graphics
I have a little problem with the province window and the protectorate/colony bottom, it's behind the date/time controller. Portugal needs that provinces to be states so the economy can grow even more!
I'd wish we could help out, but this requiers reworking the province menu, which is gonna take a while :c best solution for u rn will be to switch to a higher resolution, or play around with the lower ones and see if they make the ui smaller
Do I need to dowload version 0.4? Because this ist nearly 300 mb big!
