Not sure if anyone else is seeing this, but it seems that the level transition between Bespin Undercity and Bespin Streets is broken. It's right at the end of Undercity when you find the R5 unit and it's supposed to activate the last elevator. Instead, you and the R5 unit get locked in place and the elevator gets activated.

I saw this occur before this most recent update too, hope that helps.

I'll start from scratch with a clean install of everything then go from there. I'm in contact with Tantor also. I did notice something worth mentioning that I hadn't before though:

When I run the game from either the executable or the shortcut, it first opens a regular OpenJKDF2 window with a black screen. It then closes that window, then opens a new one called OpenJKDF2 HiDPI. A moment after this is when the whole thing crashes. I'll mention this to Tantor in my DMs.

Hey there, I'm having an issue running the JK Remastered mod. When I start it up, it opens to a white screen then crashes. A crash log dropped into the mod's directory, and it reads:

openjkdf2-64.exe caused a Stack Overflow at location 00007FFAB1DD1927 in module igdgmm64.dll.

Hey, I saw your reply mentioning you got this working on Win11. I followed your advice and went to the mod directory, double-clicked the openjkdf2-64.exe, still doesn't work though: I get the command prompt open, game window opens up to a white screen, then crash. I do have a crash log though:

Trying to run this on Windows 11 and I'm coming up short. I have the Steam version of JK. I tried installing the mod into a separate directory like it says to and I get to the part where it errors and asks to install assets. I get past that and then the game doesn't launch. I also tried the install method outlined in the video guide. I'm guessing that guide is outdated, so that didn't work either.

EDIT: So I'm trying again after deleting the files from %appdata%. I have a hunch that I caused the problem. I have two separate hard drives and I installed the Remaster directory on my secondary drive, while my JK steam directory is on my primary drive. I'll install the Remaster on my primary drive this time and see how it turns out.

EDIT 2: Nope, still doesn't work. I get a bunch of "std3d: could not bind" errors when I run the exe, and then it closes.

EDIT 3: I should add that when I browse the local files for my Jedi Knight install, I find that none of the mod assets have gone to that directory.

NEVERMIND! I tried the level transition again with the saber equipped and it didn't reoccur. Loadout is normal. Weird.

Hey all, just an FYI: I'm seeing a very odd issue. Between Nar Shaddaa Streets and Hideout, when I start I hideout level, I've lost all my loadout and my lightsaber, and I have Han Solo's blaster in my inventory only. Still have all my force powers though. Anyone else see this?

I don't think those are out yet. I checked their screenshots and they mention "Tales of the Galaxy 2 - The Legend of Revan". Doesn't appear that's available for download yet. I'd say its still being worked on.

I'm seeing an error with the Obi-Wan vs. Grievous mission:

CM_InlineModel: bad number 8 >= 8 (may need to re-BSP map?)

I haven't seen this error with any other maps yet, tried reinstalling the mod, but still see it. Thoughts?

Hey brothers! So I added in the Black Templars and Thousands Sons mods to UA using the mod merger feature. They work great! No problems, crashes or anything. There's one small detail though: these races are not "Apocalyzed". Hence the infantry units have, I think, base Soulstorm stats whereas UA beefs up the Space Marines quite a bit from baseline plus it adds a bunch of upgrades. I was wondering if there are any plans to incorporate them in UA and if not, would there be any possibility for a "patch" to beef them up to par?

I really hate to be the guy to bring this up, and it's a small gripe in the grand scheme of the mod I realize, but I have to say it: the new V/O work for the Devastator Marines and Vindicators is not particularly convincing. I'm really sorry to the fellas who recorded them and I'm sure they're great dudes (they're probably 40K fans so I'm sure we'd get along), but you guys can't pull off a Space Marine voice.

To the mod creators, I can't ask you to change those V/Os so I was wondering if there is a way I can remove them or just change them back to default. I can take my Vindicators calling themselves Rhino transports over what they say now.

Again, I really don't want to ruffle any feathers here, but the voice work is just really REALLY out of character.

Love the new patch but I'm having a bit of a problem. The game seems to crash after around 15 minutes of play if I'm playing as Daemonhunters versus Chaos Daemons. This is the only faction match-up that crashes have occurred with at all for me. Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Just got the update yesterday and it's great so far, but I'm experiencing what I think might be a bug. When the Daemonhunters are in play (in a team battle for instance), all other teams use their banner when capturing strategic points. Very minor and certainly not game-breaking, but a bit odd nonetheless.
