This is the best Stalker universal extractor that is. If you know what you are doing, it can extract every db files from every mod out there. Just install VC redist and .NET redist and all will be fine. Win 7 SP1 updated here.
Just extract it to your game folder, not bin not gamedata, game folder. When unpacking, you need to ctrl+c/ctrl+v your game folder path to the database and you NEED to specify the output. Select the correct db version(russian/eng) and when you click update it will show you the files to browse.

Bro, I'm getting a wwwwwWWWWwwWWW behind the "Back" menu element. I'm using GOG version of your mod with the GOG version of the game. Any tips?

You HUD elements look better than Anomaly ones, you have singular eye for aesthetics, I've gotta say, but be careful with the flat design trap, it gets boring quickly.
The first probably no since it changes engine, the second probably yes, if they are strictly replacers and does not include a texture.ltx.
The last one seems unnecessary, since the AI is already doing 90% of that.
HUD is something that is easy to edit once you actually dive in.
It has nothing to do with mod, you are missing a C++ DLL, you need to install redist(C++ redistributables) which are runtimes required to interpret new code. I suggest installing all of them, both x86 and x64 because 90% of games are developed in C++.

New maps are rare and exclusive because it requires hand placement of static and dynamic objects and you need talented people to not look cluttered and respect the game ambient and lore.

I'm personally using OGSR right now, but I thank you for this pack. This pack is what I had in mind to merge myself, only the crème de la crème.
Yes the HD models for ShoC has a lot non-HD default models left to replace, like unique NPCs and many more. If you unpack the meshes from db files and compare with its HD versions you'll see that the mod doesn't have enough HD models to replace all the meshes, but replace most of them. No it is not your fault.
It works, you have to delete gamedata\config\ui\ui_inventory.xml and ui_inventory_16.xml. Also minor tweaks to maingame.xml and maingame_16.xml to make the safe house indicator work, but this one I'm struggling. I believe it is possible.
edit: I've fixed it. You have to tweak maingame_16.xml until everything falls in place, but it works. It just requires some trial and error or prior knowledge of how HUD works. The only way to learn is by yourself, unfortunately.

We gotta be very thankful there is an addon of this level in this site, this addon is highly customizable and has features no other addon is able to bring to the table. I'm playing OGSR and trying to merge it.
edit2: I was able to successfully merge it and the only thing that I couldn't restore was stance indicator(crouch, standing, etc.) but everything else is working. Now it is time to try to bring the car tachometer back, since I can tell there is a texture bug.

Does this mod have a complete conversion of HD models, because from what I can see there are several models that are not covered by the HD models for ShoC mod.
This is great work, the feet and a lot of other stuff on the original mods are horrendous. But you can see some minor details that are really "muh immersion" breaking. Like the ecologist suit hands not being airtight, it doesn't make any sense lol
But you work is appreciated, since porting Anomaly HD models to SoC is a huge work that you have to replace models by hand one by one if you would like it to be perfect. I've tried it myself.
Really nice, maybe improving on the direction of the suggestions made by other users would get you "there" on the "anals" of Stalker mods, a place that is only for few.
You need to unpack the .db files with DB extractor, these files are packed by the game like all games do, they all pack their folders into files. You need to unpack to obtain the folders.
This is zonemap_16.xml, the level_frame stuff controls position of the map frame and the others like background and compass are probably related to the level frame, not screen size coordinates.

This is just for Arsenal, you would need to ask OWR3 modmaker to incorporate into his mod unless you know how to port stuff.
Hey mate, I loved your flashlights! I'm using your Unity texture and I tweaked the .ltx file to port it to OGSR/SoC platform. Do you mind if I publish my rip-off there!? Just think the flashlights there are seriously lacking and your flashlights are really a breath of fresh air. Let me know if you are ok with it and I'll publish.
Someone for the love of God... create a crosshair mod for ShoC, the crosshair is always awful, I just want to switch from dot, cross and circle. That is it lol
