Hey, great mod. Really enjoying it so far. I have a weird phenomenon that keeps on happening in which a green smoke mist appears when I'm not moving after a few seconds and it's really distracting and immersion breaking. Any idea what might be the issue here?

Why did this mod shoot up to #12 all of a sudden?

PSA: A mod developer over at Gamebanana is using the MMOD as a platform to create a tactical conversion mod inspired 'Smod Tactical' which was sadly cancelled due to the 2010 engine update. It looks unbelievably awesome and is only 20% finished as of right now. I hope Gunship doesn't mind if I plug this project. Gamebanana.com

How this was not in the original game is beyond me. Incredible job.

I think Gunship lives in Ukraine, I just checked the Time Zone Converter and it says that it will be midnight, December 25th in six and a half hours in that part of the world. In case you haven't noticed, I'm super excited for the release of this mod.

wholewheaticecream The Half Life 2 Update is a free community project that you can install if you have the original Half Life 2 on the Steam Store page.

He said that he'll be releasing a version for each individual game, so you should be fine. Though I would HIGHLY recommend you pick up Half Life 2 and Episode One on Steam, they're having a Winter Sale and you can buy them both for under $4.

I haven't downloaded the demo yet but I HAVE been following this mod for quite some time, and I've got to say that that of all the "rebel" mods I've played, this one looks the most promising.

So is this like a reimagining of the original Half-Life campaign. I'm a tad lost.
