guys i found a way to fix it
1st step copy all files exept in data files:gta-vc.dat in models everything exept gta3.dir
then open your gta3 img (i recomend to use the G-img) and replace all files in the folder named 1gta3.img exept (bmyri.txd/dff bmypi.txd/dff bmyst.txd/dff and cba.txd/dff then rebulid and go to your limit adjuster program you can easly find it in any place and change stream memory to 128 and bulidings to 10000 and dummies 5000
hope it works for you as it worked for me :D

hey i found a way of fixing it but when you hear a creepy voice the game craches even with the patch pls help i want to play this soon
