Will this work on Quake 2 with source ports?

I just want to experience the console content with the vanilla gameplay.

Is there a version of console exclusive content mod for the vanilla game without the Real mod?

I'd say the legend died after Finest Hour and Big Red One, making some of the better games console only was a terrible decision and the regen health mechanic ruined the gameplay in the later titles, two weapon limit was already enough without it.

It was bethesda's fault, Arkane didn't even want to call it Prey but bethesda bought out and canceled Prey 2 just so they can force Arkane to name their unrelated game Prey and gamble on the known IP name tricking those who are fans of the original Prey.

Out of all of the HD mods for Doom 3, this one is by far my favorite, it's simple and perfect.

Yeah, I hate how steam adds a layer of drm to even mods now, wish people didn't allow this monopoly-wannabe to amount any kind of success.

Someone needs to remake this game, fix its gameplay issues.

I'm not sure if the second game even looks better, I really hate the monotonous lighting with brown and sepia.

Does this suffer from an overabundance of ammo like the BFG Edition since that's the version it originally came with?

Quake 4 has different textures so I don't see how.

The controls set are pretty awful though, up and down arrow keys move instead of w and s, q activates and e goes back, the controls for the 1964 emulator with GoldenEye and Perfect Dark were much better. The sound plugin recommended has an error and doesn't work.

They didn't seem to implement it unfortunately.
