totally agree. i really like what the creator of order 64 mod did he gave a role for regular troopers, heavy troopers and repeater troops to make them all usable. id also like to see something used like this.

wow now i know why CWC reminds me of company of heroes blitzkrieg/ coh2 spearhead so much lol i never knew u were a part of the bk mod team at a point. my bestfriend kwok has actually become one of the devs now and markr have done a great job at balancing it and revamping it. still dedicated players playing till this day

so happy this mod is still getting love. my favorite command and conquer mod ever. really reminds me of company of heroes a bit one of the biggest reasons why i love it so. you guys did an amazing job on this mod been with u guys since it was initially released even played the demo pre release. just wish there was a dedicated discord or something for player matchmaking

ahh i see what you mean thank you for the lengthy explanation. the only thing about the defense being weaker and more spammable is that the ai wont take advantage of spamming the turrets. do you think you will make a separate version with regular defense values? if not i understand just wondering if you would make a sort of optional version.

in regards to the "adv fighter" i figured out it is the sith/jedi ruins. i tried reading the readme, but i dont know if i fully understand. in order to build it i need to first get a certain amount of kills? does it have to be with jedi/sith or can it be any units?

Lastly, in regard to scout bikes i mean all the scout bike units for all factions. i was confused at the readme bc it still listed them as an option to build.

and 2 more things i really really appreciate that u made it so that the regular troopers and heavy troopers are not obsolete. tbh i always hated teching to tech 4 bc i would be behind in meta for the repeater trooper i just always found it was silly. sometimes i would edit in scenario to prohibit the tech 4 troopers for all players. lastly, i do think that the defenses are a bit tooo weak. i understand you wanted to change them, but i feel like they are completely useless now lol. just saying. thank you for all the hard work i can tell u went through a lot to try and balance this though! i mod tiberian sun and red alert 2 i know how difficult it can be to through months of trial and error and balancing to get it "just right." thankyou thank you thank you

Edit: what happened to the heavy arty, air cruiser and scout bikes? i noticed a few things missing

BRO I ABSOLUTELY LOVE U FOR THIS MOD!!! yess bro yess please keep improiving this i do hope u manage to make this work for the newest ef version. this is something i really have been wanting in the whole EF mod you make it so that we have access to all the juicy content EF has to offer and i have been desperately looking for a mod like this. i hope you manage to implement the jedi and sith characters in this somehow too would be nice if we had a build limit on them that way it could sort of balance the major hero units but nevertheless this mod is awesome i see great potential in it for sure. there is this adv fighter building i cant seem to build btw it wont let me.

Brother thank you for taking over this project. You amd whoever else with you have done an amazing job taking over so far.it is so very impressive. Not to compare, but Eternal was the only mod really bringing me back. Elite mod brings me back time from, but it is a little toooo moba-iey idk i love the feeling of attachment you can get with your squads, vut it just didn'thave the right balance i was looking for. Dont get me wrong it is great mod very well made for pvp too i just wanted something more to the grand scale of the 40k experience though. Something like dow1 Uktimate apocalypse mod or crucible mod. Not just that tho. Like i love how Eternal felt more like Company of Heroes blitzkrieg mod which i thoroughly enjoy. I wish we could get a hardcore rtt rts but like grandscale of 40k. If dawn of war and company of heroes 1 blitzkrieg mod or coh2 spearhead mod or even men of war seeies had a baby essentially. But then i found this mod being updated thank to a post by soul and man... i really really enjoy it it kinda nails that sort of itch i was talking about. This mod is amazing seriously. Im excited for what comes next. Keep it up!

hey i used the ntcore 4gb patch for the swfoc exe and pretty much every exe file. however i am steam getting crashes about 30 mins in land skirmish games. i am using the steam version. is there something i am doing wrong?

psps is it normal for game menu to show 4.0.8.2. and not 4.0.9?

P.s. looking at task manager starwarsg exe says only 2gb of memory actively being used and it is x86. does that mean that the 4gb didnt do it's job? i also am going to test using only 2 cores and setting affinity to high or realtime.

hey guys can anyone help me with adding the newer units from map editor as a buildable unit with triggers? i remember i did it way back when, but so long ago i forget. for instance i remember the older version of this mod you were able to build arc troopers with out doing any map editor editing. u could simply start a random map/skirmish and it was already set up that way. but i guess for balancing reasons they changed that? any advice? thanks

wish we were given ability to edit the files for our own fun. i love the diversity of the mod, but balance wise, free spawns, insane resource gather, etc i feel like it just becomes way to spammy. is there a way to edit it or is it totally encrypted and need owners permission? bc i really love this mod

ANK Studio, can i share with you my edited vers. of your mod. it is enjoyable against ai, but with the changes i made i wish i had pvp people to play with to really bring out it's potential. some changes include adding more important roles like for the scout, (default is shroud regrows), making vehicles a bit more stronger, but also adding more to infantry and making them more versatile (ex: infantry weapon ranges are increased), however their biggest weakness is still flames. i added super roles for the hero units. To start, nod gets 3 infantry hero units, and gdi 4. although gdi has 4 infantry type hero units, nod's cyborg commando is much much stronger . there are tremondous changes. Another addition is that i also gave even more importance and lethality to veterancy, and if it was pvp setting i would make required exp for vet higher. i overall wanted to try to go for a sort of realism approach while also increasing build times by a bit more, (however the multiple factory bonus apples), making building destruction more tactical, etc. however most of the current edits are for against ai, and not fully tested against pvp, although i already know of some if i were to get a pvp setting.
