I'm at the point of getting my hands on Exoskeletons.

Is there a wiki or something I can read up on the differences between the factions Exoskeletons(such as strengths and weaknesses)?

Out of all the addons for Anomaly(so far), this is by far the most negative and gross mod author just based on the level of conduct(or lack thereof). Pretty much possessing a degrading/demeaning attitude on the author's part.

Now, I'm not gonna go down this "**** this dude" or "Imma pass on this mod" path. But, I will call out the author on the way he/she conducted him/herself in such a way that "treat others you wish to be treated" is clearly off the table(and possibly was never raised under that concept). ESPECIALLY someone who "works at a hospital".

And then to have the audacity to turn around, scratch their head in confusion and, act like they did no wrong. This is a damaged personality if there ever was one.

I'll give this mod a go but, this mod author? Really needs to take a few steps back and reflect on how this has all degraded so fast and what he/she could've done different to change the outcome.

Question about the addons for Anomaly:

Is it better to just drag & drop the addons or, would it better to use the JSGME program?

I've tried using JSGME for a few addons but can't tell if they're installed correctly let alone working.

So far, been loving this update! BUT! My only gripes are with the updated RPG aspects for Attrition(as a whole)and, certain inventory/drop items.

The EXP progression: Both characters and weapons are rather shallow and quickly becomes very stale, lacking in variety in terms of a weapon's abilities as you level them up and lack of character abilities to boot. Would love to see many of the old weapon level up features from the old Attrition mod make a comeback in AA!

E.G., Using and leveling your Pipe Bombs to give them the Flashbang ability and even homing bomblets. Leveling up your shotgun would give it Flak Cannon alt-fire mode, Knockback, increased amount of pellets per shot.

Inventory/drop items: My god did I love what they done to certain inventory items in Attrition! A HoloDuke that fights back, NVG's that double as invisibility, a Nuke Atom that you can toss as a "last resort" or soften powerful enemies, Ammo Pouches that can increase your ammo cap, drop ammo or, drop a weapon. And some of these items(like the HoloDuke and NVG's)can be upgraded through item pickups to make them noticeably more effective/powerful, etc.

Aside from those gripes? VERY solid update!

I would LOVE to see the RPG mechanic from Attrition be added to AA!

Also, I've noticed it only happens when clones expire/explode whether by perk or upgraded Expander(at least, from my own experiences).

It seems that this mod relies on more obsolete sourceports to play rather than more up to date versions(like GZDoom versions 2.2.0/2.3.2).

I this mod were made to be more compatible with GZDoom, it would be AMAZING!

So, ZDL is pretty much irrelevant then?

I want to try D4D with And Hell Followed mod along with Hell Revealed map pack but that takes the kind of effort/process that ZDL was designed to eliminate, making it easier to launch mods for Doom.

I'm trying to find GZDoom 2.2 to play D4D on but the only ones I can find on GZDoom site is 2.1 in archives and then current version 2.3.2.

I don't see version 2.2 anywhere on their site that I can download.

Will you guys be looking at working on the Tyranids and Inquisition Daemon Hunters?

I find that the Tyranids are hella overpowering at early game via sheer numbers of basic units.

IDH are pretty much a more resource expensive variation of Eldar gameplay(having to "research" unit blueprints to use units)which makes playing them very discouraging.

Chaos Daemons could use some tweaking here and there but nothing specific about them really.

I can understand giving it increased muzzle-climb/kick-back to balance it. Not the whole eyeball sliding to the back of the head recoil.
