Originally a two man team, consisting of a developer and graphic artist/3d designer who make games in their free time. Then expanded to have three members with the addition of a Soundscape composer/ Story Writer. Now the Tension branch of the team growing further with a fourth member who specializes in 3D and 2D art and design, and a fifth who is a dedicated Source mapper.
