Valve said on www.halfliferadio.com that it would be in summer this year. This week CNN TV stated it would be Fall this year. Valve wont say a word. So many are ****** and I thought what the F_ _ _K. Why not see what you think.
valve are a bunch of cheese-addicts. they should at least tell us "it's far from being done" or "it'll be done in 2 hours!" :P

I thought they just said Valve won't say a word. and I don't trust their word anyways, they were 2 years off with HL1, what's different this time? I said 2004, but there should have been a 2004+ answer :p. Not that I don't want to buy HL2 when it comes out.

I'm with scottie on this. Who really does care? I killed the hype for myself by hating valve, now i really don't care WHEN it comes out, but if and when it does, well then hell yeah I'll play it. I'm just not interested in this speculation bullsh*t
well... in fact it would be correctly 'WHO FUKING CARES?!' because the game will sux anyways...

Seriously, since Valve announced the intention of selling HL2 over Steam (and they seem very much commited to it), it's quite obvious they must turn Steam into a reliable tool. It's one thing to have people who bought Half-Life months or years ago complaining that they're having problems downloading some free add-ons to it, and quite another to have the paying customers who chose to buy HL2 over the net through Steam yelling blue murder because it simply will not work. So, until Valve can turn Steam into a trustworthy means of conducting business, I think we'll be stuck as guinea pigs for the blasted thing. As for HL2, well, I'm really not holding my breath.
