1.)Run away saving your own ass but dooming the maidens fair ass
2.)Pull out your sword and fight an unwinnable fight and die trying to save the maiden
3.)Your switch to your AWP and pwn that mutha-f***in troll to hell and back

doens't matter. Trolls can't tangle with 70mm high explosive shells.
Well, you could also choose number 4, and run his ass over with a M1A2 Abrams. That's always another option. :)
