I'd said that they were going to release TS fast and nobody believed me... and then another year RA2.
Look at dates of releases.
C&C1 - 1995
RA1 - 1996
C&C2 - 1999
RA2 - 2000
C&C3 - 2007
RA3 - 2008!
And now:
C&C1 released as freeware - 2007
RA1 released as freeware - 2008
TS released as freeware - 2010

Im actually happy if it would become freeware, because its a fun rpg with its own style and environment and multiplayer. I found some copies of it in the bargain bin of a retailstore here in scandinavia for 5 € a piece about 4 years ago....I SNATCHED A COPY FASTER THEN YOU CAN SAY "u want a plastic bag with that?"
Hopefully somebody trustworthy would do something like a Nox 2...
but I guess EA owns the ip...and that pretty much says it all :|

Then when C&C5 comes out (hehe) they'll give Tib Wars and Kane's Wrath.
But since they've said that C&C4 is the end of Tiberium saga, there may not be C&C5
