Some fallen comrade, perhaps ? I wouldnt want to leave that kind of equipment to the next looter to usurp...
They were spawning with so many weapons on them that they were actually dropping them at their feet. I'll see how well my changes to their configs worked tomorrow.
Was this fixed in the patch? I actually still see this in NPCs. Sometimes they have a bunch of guns (3-5 pistols, 3-2 rifles etc) and sometimes I'll see a realistic looking inventory.
